I've never been a fan of Papa Gino's but this one for some reason is good. The people working there are always pleasant and friendly despite it being rather busy sometimes.
I had a fantastic experience thanks to the new assistant manager Say. Her outstanding customer service really stood out. She was very welcoming and greeted every customer with a smile. While I was dining, she took the time to check on me personally to make sure everything was to my liking. That small gesture emphasized her genuine care for the customers and attention to detail. Got a rustic pizza. Would never get it again. Dried out and the crust was covered in cheese. I don't recall that being described in the online menu. Original cheese pizza is better.
