I paid $54.00 for Nasty paper thin pizza that was so burnt there was no cheese on it. Not to mention I gave a $8.00 tip for takeout. The management lacks customer service and professionalism. People don’t realize that happy customers keep your business thriving. Unhappy customers will Never visit your establishment again and you lose business. Meaning when you knowingly sell garbage but don’t care. I guess that’s the Venus way!!!!

Service was absolutely terrible. Every time I go in there the waitresses are always extremely rude. Don’t ask for them to split checks because they won’t be happy about it (god forbid they do their job). Every time I go in there my ID is examined by the same exact lady, even if she saw me a couple days before, I go in there often so it’s not like I’m an unfamiliar face, what do you think my birth date suddenly changed in the few days I wasn’t there? Another time I asked to split checks, one of the young waitresses gave us extreme attitude, and proceeded not to split them. Extremely pathetic. You guys are waitresses at a pizza shop, your job is not hard. Great pizza, extremely rude staff. To the staff if they read this, you know you don’t have to work there right?

The Ultimate Hole in the Wall. All I can say is you have to experience it to believe it without going into details. On a Saturday night, I was surprised to see that the better half, myself, and our two adult offspring were the only ones in the dining room on a Saturday night for a while until another family and a couple strolled in. The game changer is the pizza's. Some of the best Bar Pies on the South Shore, and the wings were good. The Specialty Pizza Menu is something to behold, and all the ingrdients are fresh, and plentiful, not to mention the flavor is delectable.

Ordered a cheese pizza the Andy pizza the not big mac pizza and the chicken and waffle pizza. They were all great. And the order was ready right when we got there to pick it up. They were all hot and ready. Very good bar pizza.

Texan and South African here. We had to get dinner last minute and came across Venus Cafe, what an absolute pleasant surprise! Best pizza we have both ever had before. The owners both made their way to our table to find out where we’re from, thank us for coming and genuinely made us feel like they put time aside to make us part of their restaurant. I love venus cafe. They have the best bar pizza around. I would give 5 stars if I could always get the best pizza. Sometimes its just good and not great. But venus 3 on the other hand always has great pizza. Its literally the exact same every single time. Pure deliciousness. My only other issue is the price. They've almost tripled the price in the past 6 years. Im sure that's almost every restaurant lately

I ordered 5 pizza’s last night came to roughly $55.00. Never had a problem before but last night an hour or so after eating me and my boyfriend became sick stomach pains and throwing up. Pains all night diarrhea and sick still tonight at 8:30 pm. I talked to my 2 other friends tonight come to find out they had same thing happen to them. I spoke to the owner and he said he had pizza last night and he was fine. Said there was nothing he could do for me. Not even a sorry that happened to you. I spent lot of money in those pizza he should refund my money or at the least 1/2. But he did nothing Glad he cares so much about his customers. Without us he’d have no business.
