Just had the most incredible bar pizza at Venus Cafe in Whitman! The crust was perfectly crispy, the sauce was tangy and flavorful, and the cheese was perfectly melted.
The combination of flavors was absolutely the best. If you're a fan of classic New England-style bar pizza, this is a must-try. ??
I highly recommend checking out Venus Cafe if you're ever in the area. You won't be disappointed!

First time going and will be my last. Pizza was not tasteful. Worse Pizza I have eaten and thats my favorite thing to eat and the fries. . . Even worse. They were soggy and soft and not crunchy at all and didn't seem like they fully cooked them.

Service: absolutely horrendous. We had a party of about 12 and the woman who waited on us was obnoxiously rude. She treated our table so poorly and we watched as she was nice to every other table she had. We were patient and understand it takes time to make pizzas. We are in our 20s and we’re very respectful and nice to her. She had older people at the other tables she was serving and she treated them so nicely. We were not rowdy at all and it’s like she hated us the moment we came in. She ruined the end of the night for my birthday. She also forgot one of the pizzas we ordered and my friend didn’t have food until an hour later. She was mad when we asked for waters for the table, and i’m not sure why because that’s a normal thing to ask for.
The pizza: Pizza was pretty good and I enjoyed it but the service was so horrible i’ll probably never go back again. Pickle pizza is delicious.
