Sunday, 02/25/2024; 1100 am: Dunkin' Donuts messed up my order, wasted my time, killed my good Sunday morning vibes, and didn't apologize.After leaving out my sandwich from my order and wasting 30 min of my time driving back, I was "greeted" by a rude female manager who didnt apologize for the mistake, and reluctantly handed me a cold sandwich.Ive been to multiple DDs and this one is by far, the worst; from the meth-induced, disheveled appearance of its manager to horrible customer service.DD leadership needs to do better!

Coffee is never consistent. Some days it’s good, other days it’s horrible. Not sure what the problem is with that issue. Same thing with breakfast sandwiches and hash browns. They come out burnt or not heated up all the way. Some times the food is still cold. Not enough people working the counter to move the line along inside the store. There should be a dedicated order taker so that way they don’t have to stop to make each customers coffee and get their order. It would be alot more efficient and customers wouldn’t complain about standing in the line for so long. Overall the place is pretty cleanParking: Depends on what time of day you go. Sometimes there’s no parking especially if there are groups of people hanging out insideKid-friendliness: It’s dunkin. Kids enjoy getting donuts and other treats.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to access the building

Arguably the slowest service. Doesn't matter if there is 2 cars in line or 10. You are waiting at minimum 15 minutes for a coffee that is mediocre. This store has gone downhill over the last couple of years and is just getting worse.

Poor service today, no acknowledgment I was set on the mic, when I pulled up idiot cashier is on their phone texting, I hand them a few Pennie’s to even out change to a rounded amount and handed me back only $1 at first. I needed change for the printer and they don’t except Pennies , I wasn’t leaving a bum a tip!

This is to the management, get it together.I ordered twice this week in the morning the same items and both were not edible or tasty. Undercooked food is not worth the money or time, you need to train the people on how to get the order right and for sure get the drink accurately prepared as ordered not the way they want to prepare it.Last chance for you and your team.

Used to be the best Dunkin I had been to. Woman in the morning was fantastic. Past several months they have been through different employees and the place has gone down hill fast. Hard bagels. Hair in food. Long waits. Cranky workers. Incorrect orders. Such a shame.

I'm not a give places negative reviews kind of person I don't understand why the food can never be made correctly I don't understand why it's so expensive and yet every time I get something made there it is either cold floppy and to be honest just poor quality I spend my money here everyday and every day I tell myself it's my own fault for continuing to bring my money here I wish you guys would just step it up just a little bit
