Cold food. An hour wait for food after the table next to us came in after us ate got the bill and left before we received dinner. Then went to get ice cream out side. Paid waited 10 minutes to be told they were out of chocolate ice cream(no big deal) nice young lady at the window asked if we wanted something else no we didn’t and she isn’t allowed to do a refund(get that) so she went to ask the manager and this woman told her tell them to get another flavor we don’t do refunds...read full review
We ordered breakfast and waited for over an hour for our food. They still hadn’t started our order so we left. We won’t be back.
Ordered an ice cream with my family. Everyone got theirs but I was waiting. 10 mins go by and I see here just walking and talking in there. I finally get her attention and tell her that I don’t want my sundae and to refund me because my family was already finishing theirs. Won’t be back
