Please be advised that on March 17 a patron of this restaurant had a bad experience. She proceeded to post about it on Facebook and several friends stated they were going to give Root 20 a bad review online. I have no problem with someone sharing their experience, but it’s not fair if people who have never visited write bogus reviews without having, a first-hand knowledge of the restaurant. It’s great to look online and be able to see what others have thought of a restaurant...
We go to route 20 often and always a great experience. We love the atmosphere, the food (love the salmon and their Caesar salad is huge and delicious !) the staff and bartenders are very attentive. It’s also nice to walk in to smiling faces at the door from the hostesses. Glad we have a “cheers” in our community!
