Last week went though drive through ordered a everything bagel with cream cheese for my husband for work. 2 hours later when he got his break he called me to tell me that there was just an uncut bagel in the bag not toasted no cream cheese. Brushed it off to being busy.
Today I ordered one for my daughter a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese for her school lunch she had asked for. She just texted me saying she got a plain toasted bagel with no cream cheese. Wtf
When using on the go at the intersection of 143 and route 9, on the rare occasion that my order is ready by the time I get there the coffee is either wrong or poorly made. I think better management would go a long way.
