I was picking up my order today and I could not help but overhear a manager (?) being very hostile to some employees... I love to come to this location because I think it's one of the best in the area but I was uncomfortable with the stressful environment and in particular the lack of respect shown to young employees. Just wanted to encourage leadership to manage their stress instead of taking it out on others and creating an uncomfortable atmosphere for customers.
The staff at this DD are wonderful and my drinks are always made great. If there is a mistake they fix it promptly. I need to know: what is with the plastic burning taste and smell in the food and in the Dunkin itself? All of the warmed food has a weird chemical taste. Are the ovens being cleaned correctly? This isn’t the only DD around that has this issue.

I go multiple times a week and at least once a week they mess up my order. This weekend I went on Saturday and I got a cup of hot water and cream but no teabag. On Sunday I get coffee instead of tea. Have to go back and have them fix their mistake, it's very inconvenient. Food and drinks are good when they get the order right.
