In the area for a long weekend and picked up CRUST twice bc it seems like the best quick option in the area. The pizza is unique and excellent for the price. The salads are very good too although quite basic. Highly recommend though since it’s quick, pretty low price for what it is, and as the name implies the crust is what makes this pizza - it’s pretty thin and crispy but with some soft volume in the outer crust.
The only thing I’ll say, and I’m not going to take away a star bc it has nothing to do with the food, but both times we went it was very Smokey in there where it sting the eyes and you could see it pretty thick in the air. They need to update their ventilation system, unless maybe something was just broken this weekend. We wanted to eat there the first day but it was so bad we took it to go. The next time wasn’t quite as bad but still enough where I wanted to get out of there. Great food though so just get takeout!

Not your every day pizza! Fresh, crisp flavor and crunchy, chewy crust. The pizza is not heavy or greasy.
Both pies that we tried had a flavor pallet that was bright and satisfying.
The staff were friendly and polite.

Read the great reviews and decided to give this a try. When we went in, there were a couple people ahead of us but it wasn’t too busy. So we placed our order and 25 min later we still didn’t have our food. I proceeded to ask about how long it would be and she was not very friendly and proceeded to tell me it will be at least another 15 min. That’s when I realized they hadn’t even made out pizzas yet and there were no pizzas in the oven. Overall it took exactly 50 min for two pizzas that should have taken 10, 20 max. The pizza itself was good but nothing extravagant. Probably won’t go here again.
Thank you for your reply. We ordered at 301pm. I do realize you had other orders/ phone orders etc but there was only 2 people working and it seems the dine in orders were not prioritized at all. They were able to get 3 more people there in a flash which I must say was impressive but unfortunately we still waited until 350 for our pizza.

Cool name, cool place to enjoy a personalized PIZZA and a BEER. Obviously they use best ingredients starting with the dough that makes the pizza both fluffy and crisp around the edges. Nice selection of toppings. Good selection of beers on tap. Extra nice staff. Definitely a place to return to.
Parking is horrible. Had pizza ready 10 minutes before said, which is great, but took me 10 minutes to get from my house to restaurant. That means my pizza was sitting 10 minutes longer then should. Pizza it's self is very good, but not easiest place to get to.

What a fun place! It’s a great modern take with old style Italian pizza! As a vegan I appreciate your options. My wife who isn’t vegan got a beautiful looking pie too. It was delicious, everyone was chill. Highly recommend this place.

Drove down from Bennington for the second time in a couple of weeks because we were craving this exact meal.
Still loving the piping hot pizza with crisp (asked for extra blistered) and tasty crust. The peppery arugula salad brought all the yums. And, most importantly, the young women working here are super nice and happy to make your orders exactly how you’d like it. Also, the place is clean and smells only of PIZZA!
