Went to Lickety Split Williamstown and had a really disappointing experience. The girl working was extremely rude and wouldn't let my son add toppings just because the ice cream was already scooped… why will this be an issue since toppings go on top of scooped ice cream. I hadn't even paid yet, and there was no one else in line, so it wasn't like they were busy or rushed. She just seemed annoyed to be there and made the whole experience unpleasant. Best ice cream in the Berkshires!!
We enjoy lickity split but the ice cream has been too soft recently. It is not soft serve ice cream it is supposed to be hard.
