I really want to give this place a 5-star rating, but unfortunately, I can't. The service consistently falls short, and the business rarely opens on time. I've stopped trying to stop by on my way to work because, more often than not, I’ve found myself waiting outside at 8 a.m. only for no one to show up. I’ve seen other customers do the same, try the door, and leave disappointed. I usually give it a 10-15 minute grace period before heading off to work. I even suggested to the owner that they adjust their opening hours to accommodate customers in a rush, but she didn’t seem receptive to the feedback.
As for the customer service, it's hit or miss. My first visit left me with a bad impression. The owner didn’t greet me or offer any assistance — she just stared at me until I ordered. There’s no friendly atmosphere when you walk in, and it can feel a bit cold. To be fair, some of the staff on weekends are wonderful and make up for the experience, but the owner’s attitude seems to drag things down. It’s clear she doesn’t want to be there, and it’s unfortunate because the potential for this business is huge. The owner just seems to have the wrong priorities when it comes to running things.

Cute decor, but the drinks were massively sweet and burned my throat. Not a good flavor…Expected a tea taste- none whatsoever. Tried two drinks. Would not come back.Edit: just read some reviews below. Not in favor of stevia. Perhaps that is what made the taste excessively sweet. Even if it’s not real sugar, the taste also matters. Maybe that’s also why the staff said to stir the drinks- however, even after stirring, it tasted the same throughout. Tried drinking from the top as well.
