This review is for 321 Main Street. Ever since I started going to this Dunkin during the beginning of the Covid pandemic, the employees and manager have been a delight. Whoever is hiring the staff is doing a terrific job finding the friendliest and most "real" people you'd love to encounter in everyday life. The drinks are made well and quickly. The food is done pretty well (except the croissants are dry). There is often a line of cars at busier times, but staff is so fast you hardly notice. Overall, this place is my go-to Dunks in Wilmington!

Crew is greatThe management not so much. Whoever hired this new manager wants this store to have no sales. He is awful and rude. He'll try to take your order, cut you off, roll his eyes and shake his head at you.The last manager was such a sweetheart. Employees told me what happened to her and how management disrespected and treated her. Just awful. Go to the Dunkin at the shell gas station if you want to be treated like a customer because this place ain't it anymore.

I came to this dunkin on Tuesday October 7th at 9pm I asked for coffee cream only they put sugar and I was on my way to work so I thought I'll bring it back tomorrow so I did and they wouldn't replace a medium coffee the women was like no no no, as if it would break them. I am a regular coffee drinker dunks 3 or 4 times a day and they couldn't replace it, how sad I'll never be back to this one again. Over a medium coffee they lost a regular customer and my family who lives close by as well and whom ever I can get to stop coming I will

If you like cold undercooked food this is the place for you. If there's kids working don't go they are bad at their jobs. Coffee is consistently good though I can't lie about that.

When I went to order the lady in the back had me waiting for 15 minutes. There was nobody else in the store or in the drive thru. Sometimes there's also a lady with a cart who just stands there and looks around aimlessly. The main worker has a very strong accent and it's hard to understand her, but when you ask her to repeat something she gets mad. I asked the main worker if I could get the new Strawberry Watermelon Refresher w/ Lemonade, she told me that there was no more of those drinks and proceeded to give me water. However, my friend ordered it, and got it but the worker said with a naggy attitude, "this is all I have left, so I guess that's it." Im assuming she put the rest of the syrup in it which is why my friends drink tasted so strong, but the attitude wasn't needed. Something like this happens every time we go in, which is pretty often, although we should start looking at other places to go. All we can say is that we're disappointed and we hope that at least new workers get hired and help.

Woman working the drive through was saying incredibly rude things about her coworkers and the customers that other her headset on, we heard it all through the drive through speaker. I got to the window and when I asked about the food I had ordered she got rude again and told me sorry we don't have any cooked. Threw my change into my hand and YELLED 'HI CAN I HELP YOU' in my face to let me know she was done w me and moving on. I'm not sure which management company runs this one but I will be reaching out when I find out.
Always love Dunkin. Too bad they have no more in Canada... ?

ordered on the app.. 20 minutes later order was not ready. Got a breakfast sandwich - asked for it toasted. They slapped a cold piece of cheese on it and didn't toast it. Workers were rude. This one has really gone downhill....

Fully staffed but horrible services! It was not busy at all. I was waiting for 10 mins before someone took my ice coffee order. When the lady took my order I thought it was on the process. Eight minutes later another lady asked me if I needed to order!!!? How this is possible!!!?Ladies pay attention to your customers! ?????
