This review is for 321 Main Street. Ever since I started going to this Dunkin during the beginning of the Covid pandemic, the employees and manager have been a delight. Whoever is hiring the staff is doing a terrific job finding the friendliest and most "real" people you'd love to encounter in everyday life. The drinks are made well and quickly. Regardless of communication problems, drive through staff at the window is unfriendly. Hope she’s being treated right at work, cause it’s a turn off going there at all. Like I’m an inconvenience of a customer.

This place is great, but there’s one staff member over there who is about as friendly as a snake. Avoid her, or if you do get her, don’t be surprised if she doesn’t talk to you.
