Hello everyone,
I've been going to Simard's roast beef since I was a child back in the '70s when it was called Jack in the box. I absolutely love this place! :-)
My favorite menu item is obviously their juicy and tender medium rare roast beef, smothered in James River barbecue sauce. (King size only on an onion roll for me)

It’s not bad. I think it’s an average spot. The rings felt burnt and hard to eat. Fries tasted weird but cooked well. The chicken was good, and the salad had too much dressing. The lady in the front was nice. I’m picky with Roast Beef spots, as Nick’s in Beverly, Mike’s in Everett, and Superior’s in Lynn, it's up there as a fan favorite. Soda options are limited. I think for a local spot it’s convenient.

Simard's Super Roast Beef serves fresh and delicious food at good prices. The restaurant offers great customer service and has a friendly staff. The 3 way roast beef sandwich is delicious. You can get a decent roast beef sando with waffle fries and a drink without breaking the bank. The place is a bit run down but the food is unbeatable, making it a must-try destination.
