It’s average, below average at times. My last three orders were wrong, and this place has been driving me crazy lately.
My biggest pet peeve, and something that really should be fixed, is the pickup process for online orders. When I order ahead, I go into the store and don’t see my order anywhere. Clean place. Good old Dunkin but always seems understaffed specially on weekends.
Ordered ahead with app for walk-in pickup. Waited an inordinate amount of time for a hot black coffee. Turns out orders were sitting on counter behind the register. Someone finally asked if anyone was waiting for orders and was handed my coffee. Not sure if this is normal at this location.
