Tried this for the first time recently. Have to start off, the teriyaki chicken in the salad was SO tender, it was not over cooked and dry. French fries were perfect (in my opinion), nice and crispy! Pizza was pretty decent as well. Will def order from them again in the future

Terrible service and food. What happened?! New owners! We have been going to Wilmington HOP for about 5 years. When I went to pick up my online order, there was a lot of confusion and I ended up leaving with cold soggy food. I thought I was waiting for something to come out of the oven. It turned out my food was just sitting on the counter for the 30min I was waiting. Instead of 1 pepperoni and 1 cheese, there were two cheese which apparently confused the staff, but not enough to look into it. Rather than cook a new pizza, they put pepperoni on the flat top to heat it up and then put that pepperoni on the cheese pizza! I did not have time to make a big deal but when I called to complain about my service, they lied to me about switching owners and tried to tell me my bad experience was due to them receiving a large order right before me. I watched the entire staff except one guy stand around on their phones and fight with a register for 30 minutes. Also, the owner said they would process a refund for the terrible pizza and I never received a refund.

I have been going to Wilmington House of Pizza for over 30 years when I first moved to this town. The restaurant has changed ownership a few times (the original owners were outstanding as was the food and the prices) and slowly but surely this place is going downhill. Got 2 pizzas there recently…a large cheese and a small one with toppings. I was shocked when I was told that the total was $30.00! Apparently, they now charge $19.99 for a large pizza and $13.00 for a one topping small pizza. That is ridiculous! The small pizza was smaller than small. The large cheese was ‘good’ but not worth $19.99. I checked the menus of other local pizza places here in town and none charge as much as Wilmington House. We will definitely be getting our pizza elsewhere!

Wilmington House of Pizza is a solid go-to spot for quick, delicious food in the area. Whether you're craving pizza, subs, or classic sides, this place consistently delivers quality and flavor. The pizza is always hot, fresh, and satisfying, and the subs are well-stuffed and made to order. Their sides are great too – perfect for rounding out a meal.

The staff here are friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. It’s the kind of place where service is fast and the atmosphere feels casual and comfortable.

Bad as Chucky Cheese. Bizarre pizza that had no taste, couldn't be held (very floopy). Don't know what they are using for ingredients.... crust, cheese, and toppings were bland and very disappointing

I had dinner at Wilmington House of Pizza recently, and I was really impressed—not just with the food, but also with the changes under the new management.

We ordered a mix of items: chicken wings, chicken pizza, a chicken Caesar wrap, and sweet potato fries. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and served hot. The wings were crispy and well-seasoned, the pizza had a great balance of toppings and cheese, and the wrap was stuffed generously and came with a tasty Caesar dressing. The sweet potato fries were perfectly cooked—crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and not greasy at all.

You can really tell the new management is making a difference. The place felt cleaner and more welcoming than before, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Our food came out quickly, and everything tasted like it was made with care.

Not the same place to me. Not the cleanest flies buzzing around back door open screens busted and Noone wears gloves when preparing the food.
