Got a Greek salad with chicken tonight, paid $16.00. NO feta no black olives all lettuce, I’m done with Wilmington pizza. Gave them 3 tryouts on there pizza and gave up on that also. Ever since the original owners sold the place in my opinion has gone downhill.

I just tried wilmington house for the first time since the newest owners let me tell you I will never be going back I used to get the best Italian sub from there this was one of the worst subs I have ever had

Got a buffalo chicken pizza that was okay but it was just buffalo chicken on pizza with no buffalo sauce, and the bleu cheese on the side is either the worst bleu cheese or actually just expired. “Spicy” fries are just curly fries with absolutely no seasoning or spice and they tasted like the fryer oil needed to be changed, absolutely nasty. Went here without knowing management changed and expected the same old Wilmington house and received over-priced way below par food.

Used to order from here all the time and it was good, don’t know if they changed owners or cooks but got two salads tonight and they were terrible. The steak on one of the salads was hard as a rock and completely inedible. This was an online order and they still didn’t get the order correct. They had the wrong style chicken on one salad, and the wrong dressing on the other. I would NOT recommend eating from this establishment.

Sorry to say, after always loving your pizza and thinking it was the best Pizza around I don't think I will feel that way ever again. I got a large cheese pizza that was so very very thin. The whole slice of pizza was like two bites and not much taste and it had a burn flavor. I just heard about new management or maybe it depends on who made the pizza? We were served by a young woman. The whole restaurant was also a bit smokey and it affected my eyes. There was a burn smell in the air. And it was very cold in the restaurant, I guess they had the heat turned down very low. I'm very disappointed!!!

Terrible! I got a delivery order from Uber and drove 20 minutes there only to find out the store is closed but the Google says it’s still open. They should stop accepting Uber order if closed. Uber is not paying me anything and had to cancel the delivery. Completely wasted my time. The store lacks of responsibility and it’s really bad!

Our first time. We got a large cheese pizza, meatball sub and a 2 liter of soda. Food was ok, about $30, pretty good for dinner for 2 adults. Place was dated and parking was fine. There was only one issue: it was Tuesday night so there was a pizza special going on. But we were charged the regular price (until we asked for the special price). They did give us the special price once we asked for it. Maybe they just made a mistake but not sure. It's a small thing (I know) but it took away from the overall experience.
Upon receiving a chicken quesadilla with French fries generously distributed over it, I was disappointed to find that it lacked sour cream and salsa, as per the menu description. When I inquired about the missing condiments, the establishment informed me that I had to specify them. This discrepancy between the menu and the actual order was unacceptable, especially considering the price of $17. I would not hesitate to give this establishment another chance, but it will be my last.

I ordered an toasted Italian sandwich and it was honestly one of the worst I’ve ever had. The whole thing was soaked — the bread was soggy, the pickles weren’t drained, and there was way too much lettuce piled on. It was basically a wet salad stuffed into a sub roll. I couldn’t even eat it and ended up throwing it out. For $12.50 (before tax!), I expected something at least edible. Total waste of money. Definitely won’t be ordering from here again.
