Horrible experience! The staff said “I’ll be right with you”. After 3-4 minutes realized she was picking out her sandwich from the Irving convenience store. What a disappointment.
I think its time to retrain the employees here! How hard is it to make a iced tea? I didnt ask for sugar and they put 6 in my drink. This isnt the 1st time either.....guess i need to go somewhere else!
I was growled at because I asked for the whipped cream to be put on my drink. Then was given the smallest amount possible. My mom often has her coffee made wrong and has to go back
