LOVE the new renovations and amenities [charging tables] floor plan is much brighter and more open feeling. Service from regular crew [Hassan, Paige, Cindy, and a few others] is TOP NOTCH!!! From time to time you get some random employees [not certain of the rhyme or reason to this] as well as what appear to be 'other management' [other than Hassan]. LOVE this Dunkin's!!! Best location I've ever been to and I've been to MANY!!! Hassan, the manager, REALLY knows how to hire quality, friendly, competent staff!! The one drawback ... the 'district manager.' She has a miserable face, miserable disposition and brings doom & gloom whenever she is onsite. She must be a tyrant because whenever she's there the entire crews normally friendly, upbeat and quality service becomes tense, rushed, non-engaging and often orders are sub par....read full review
Pretty nosy, people on phones talking so loud (I wish phones were ban in restaurants etc)
Very crowed, not use to going on weekends!
