Amazing gluten free turkey sandwich!!! This quaint grocery store has it all - Italian sandwiches, Italian cookies and staples, drinks, salads, and even tri-tips. The owner and his wife were so helpful and friendly - they really made us feel so welcome. We feel like this would be a great place to live based on this butcher/sandwich shop that also has prepared meals. We really appreciated the large area to eat in this pleasant atmosphere.
We arrived a few minutes after 5pm. Totally my fault, I thought they closed at 6pm on Saturday but it was actually 5pm. Despite that, the staff was super friendly, not only were they still willing to serve us, but also gave us free chicken cutlets and meatballs to try. Everything was delicious! We're not in Winthrop often, but if we ever are, I would definitely go here again!

I go there all the time for their cooked chicken cutlets tried their pork chops OMG my husband said he never had a pork chop as tasty and moist as the Meat Market. Went back for more!
