110 grill is usually a family favorite due to it's delicious food and allergy friendliness. However our service at this location tonight was quite bad. It took forever to get our drink order. She didn't ask if we wanted any appetizers. She said she'd be right back to take our food order and didn't return for over 15 minutes. So then we had to order apps and food at the same time. Apps took too long to come out.Managers usually come over to see how our meal was... But they did not. Likely because they knew it was bad.Might want to avoid this 110 grill location.

Some of the dishes were not "as ordered" (over cooked salmon) and the service was not up to par. It Think the wait staff was shorthanded. I've been to other locations and been impressed with everything. I'd try it again.

First, they are very careful with allergies of ANY sort.Second, our favorite server (Ivan!) works here. He is always attentive and makes sure everything is great, without hovering.Third, their food is absolutely incredible.Dietary restrictions: Allergies are always asked about and they are super careful.

AN INJURED GOOSE WAS IN NEED OF HELP AND THE MANAGER MR ADAM AND THE MAΕTRE D MR ELVIS NOT ONLY PROVIDED FRESHLY BAKED ROLLS WITH BUTTER BUT CAME OUTSIDE WITH COMPASSION AND CARE THAT REALLY TOUCHED MY HEART!THERE ARE STILL GREAT PEOPLE IN THIS WORLD AND THIS IS A BUSINESS THAT WE SHOULD HONOR! Jeff the General Manager is amazing! After having an issue with our takeout 2 weeks ago I called him and he was very apologetic and understood our frustration. In return he made sure that we personally placed our order with him and he did an amazing job in making everything right. The food is always amazing here and highly recommend it. The service is beyond fabulous. Thanks Jeff for taking care of us!
110 Grill is pretty good! Interesting menu and drink options. Great staff and atmosphere. My only gripe is that it's a bit on the expensive side for what you get, considering nothing really wowed me. But as far as chain restaurants go it was a pleasant experience.

I've been to three different locations. The quality isn't what it used to be.Today my Reuben sandwich was cold, the cheese wasn't melted. Disappointing.They used to have the best breaded chicken cutlets, but the last few times they have been overcooked.Dietary restrictions: The menu states that any of their core items can be ordered gluten free.
