“Wow, wow, and wow again! What a treat that my dear friend and I happened upon this GEM! At first glance it doesn’t look like much from the outside, but when you step inside it’s like entering a whole new world. It is elegant and beautiful, a fantastic combination of fine dining with an atmosphere like coming home. Such a quaint spot with the best quality Italian food I have ever had. Cristiano was the kindest server on the planet, so attentive, and so welcoming! As a worker in the food service industry, I was blown away! First off, drinks. To our surprise, Arancini has a BYOB policy (SO COOL! People had brought their own bottles of wine, which Cristiano offered to open and put on ice). Other than that, they offer your typical sodas, some juice, and a variety of sparkling and still water options. Let’s talk food. Right away, they bring fresh, warm, house-made bread, with fantastically seasoned dipping oil. Other than that, we started off with the Caesar salad and the friend mozzarella appetizer. The Caesar salad (despite it being just about the most basic thing that someone can order) was so well put together. It had just the right amount of dressing, and fresh grated, high quality parmesan cheese! The mozzarella app was quite possible the tastiest thing I have ever put in my mouth. Oh my god, it just about dissolved in my mouth. Imagine the best mozzarella sticks you’ve ever had in your life, but the cheese is so high quality and it is freshly battered and friend minutes before it is brought to your table. Never frozen - just made hot and fresh for you to eat. Don’t even get me started on the marinara sauce. Again, clearly house-made and so fresh. I could’ve had it as a soup! For a main meal I had the most delicious fettuccini Alfredo. The sauce was TO DIE FOR. The pasta was perfectly cooked (I didn’t know pasta could even taste like that ). I asked for chicken in the pasta and… oh. my. god. I have no words. I mean I can attempt to describe it but I won’t do it justice. Tender, JUICY, and you KNOW it’s authentic because the chicken was battered in egg. I was drooling before I took a single bite. I also added broccoli and it was SO PERFECT. The whole meal, it was just the best food I have ever had I swear. PLEASE give this place a shot! You’ll probably want a reservation because I don’t think there are more than 10 tables there! It’s small but mighty. Thank you Cristiano for making this experience incredible!”

“My husband and I went to Il Ponte in Woburn for the first time tonight. Let’s just say it will not be the last. From the moment we walked in right up until we walked out the door it was an incredible experience. We both had cocktails: a Cabernet and falling for you and both were amazing. The bread/focaccia with garlic and oil was a fantastic start to the meal. We got the octopus and a bruschetta to start and they were flavorful and cooked perfectly. My husband had the braised short rib over saffron risotto and he said it was delicious and fork tender. He said the flavor was like nothing he’s ever had and the saffron risotto was incredible and cooked perfectly. I got the special which was a crusted swordfish with asparagus risotto and it was, hands down, the best swordfish I have ever eaten. It was crusted so lightly and the swordfish was cooked to perfection. The portion was so big that I took half home. We don’t usually order dessert but when the server said “pistachio gelato” they reeled me in. My husband got bomboloni and couldn’t stop making all the faces and sounds…it was to die for. Before we finished the owner was making rounds at the tables thanking everyone and making sure we enjoyed our meals. I would give Il Ponte a 20/10 rating. We will absolutely be back again. If you get the opportunity….do not sleep on Il Ponte.”

The presentation was excellent, especially for a BBQ joint. So here's where the 4 comes in. The sweet and spicy cole slaw is actually too spicy for generic white people (like me), but maybe I'm not the audience. I'd have been okay with that except the wait staff told me it was not spicy. Additionally, the corn bread was dry. The caramelized banana pudding taste no different than banana pudding, so don't expect more than that. Don't get me wrong. I could have two servings! Wait staff was so on the ball! Ambiance was classier than a typical BBQ joint, but not obnoxious. Bathroom was clean. Plenty of parking. Easy access from the road and highway. Overall, would eat there again.”

“Awesome pie. The best I've had in years. I moved to Woburn 5 years ago and couldn't find a decent pizza. Some were better than others. Then I saw a review for Louies and thought I'd give it a try. Luckily the took my order as they only stay open until the dough runs out. They said be here in 45 minutes for the pie because that's when they were closing. I could tell by the smell of the pie on the way home that it was gonna be good. Got the pie home and it was glorious. Just enough browning and highly burned crust. The crust was thin, crisp but not crunchy with a decent bottom coating of corn meal. The toppings were generous and fresh plus the cheese didn't need an oil change like alot of places pies. It not really an eat in joint but it's exactly what I like to see from a shoppe that's been in business since the 50's. All in all, it's gonna be my go-to from now on. But you'll have to bring your own anchovies!”

I track my macros and calories and have done my own back end assumptions based on what I order but it would be really helpful if they provided the facts. I’ve asked several times and I get different answers on the amount of protein fat etc as a health food shop they should provide this. Again the food itself is excellent. “Classic office cafe with some of the best service I've experienced anywhere. I used to work across the street and made it a point to come over almost every afternoon for the excellent offerings and the awesome service.

Variety of options available and almost anything not on the hot line can be customized to your liking. Be sure to ask if you arent sure, and someone will definitely do their best to help or accommodate your needs. Caesar wrap and BBQ Chicken Bacon Ranch wraps were my go to and, when they have them, the sweet potato fries are top notch.

Coming here I felt like I was valued. My business was appreciated and the staff go above and beyond. Almost forgot to mention, those cookies and brownies are legit. Make sure to get one, and if you time it right, get em while theyre hot!”

Last night I ordered the beef soup for take out and when I got home and opened it the meat was like shredded and not the same consistency that had been in the past. These are hard times for all of us and giving customers scraps is no acceptable. I will go again later in the year and see if they have improved.”

I have a hard time finding Mexican restuants that have all the things I like, but Dora Taqueria had it all. Got birra tacos, with street corn and chicarone with guac. Horchata was also delicious. I will return and tell everyone I know to come to this place to satisfy their cravings.”

There no plate for when it can no longer dangle from the hook however. We did have individual app plates but that means you need to dole out the whole pretzel rather quickly. The only time I ever had an issue at this location was when I placed a mobile order and they unfortunately sold out of the item I wanted, but the manager quickly made things right apologizing for the inconvenience and she even offered to grab me another item. “Honestly I go out of my way to go to this location. The food is cooked so much better than other locations. The kids working are super fast and polite and the chef in back cooking looks like hes taking alot of care in what he's doing. Everything was fresh and restored my faith in chipotle. “I have gone to this particular Wendy’s for probably over ten years, and I’ve never thought to myself that it had exceptionally high service or food quality. It’s always just been another generic fast food place, and quite frankly, I’ve had some pretty bad service there over the years.

Today, however, the person working the window greeted me with a simple, “Hey, hello, how are you?” while actually making eye contact with me. I told him I was good and asked how he was doing, and he responded that he was good as well.

When my food was ready, he handed it to me, again made eye contact, and said, “Thank you, have a good day.”

It may sound like such a small and insignificant thing, but those simple interactions seem to be disappearing from a lot of fast food places and other establishments these days. A greeting, eye contact, asking how someone is doing, and saying thank you are small gestures, but they make a difference. They’re also gestures that, in my experience, this particular location hasn’t had in a long time.

So, I appreciated it. I appreciate the person working the window today.”

“I had to come leave a review because I was in awe about how great my service was at Pressed Cafe in Lawrence! The food at Pressed Cafe is always good (healthy, delicious food you can get quickly is hard to find, so we go to the many locations often). I happened to go the Lawrence location yesterday and seriously the whole staff was so kind. I went through the drive-through and the woman taking my order was so sweet! I ordered a lot and she double checked it all, had me pull up and wait a little bit (it was a good amount of stuff). I was sitting outside waiting and could see inside and the kitchen was moving. Everyone was working so hard and when my order finally came out the young man who delivered it was super kind as well! Very impressed by that team (and the food) at the Pressed Cafe in Lawrence!”

“Food is a little dry. They change for sour cream and guacamole. One small scoop really. Chicken is really good I like it more than chipotle chicken . Gives chipotle vibes but much cleaner. The food is consider more on the bland side of things so really a better option for those with salt sensitivity. I still like this place. Just make sure to get some juices or sauces on the side. $13-$15 per chicken bowl.”
