Absolutely wonderful staff!! This location is always busy, but for a good reason! You can tell the opening manager genuinely cares about her customers and her staff, I never got a chance to grab her name but she has a black ponytail and is there almost every day. The store is always clean, even on some of the busiest mornings. Their team members are almost always in a great mood, engaging with customers and they make their drinks on point. This morning I ran in to get my coffee... When I went to pay I did not have my card I had left it in my other truck. The nice girl working said "no one should start their day like that" and handed me my Grande Pike free of charge. I am not a regular there so no special treatment, just good service. I will be now however. Thank you! You made my morning!
