Absolutely wonderful staff!! This location is always busy, but for a good reason! You can tell the opening manager genuinely cares about her customers and her staff, I never got a chance to grab her name but she has a black ponytail and is there almost every day. The store is always clean, even on some of the busiest mornings. Their team members are almost always in a great mood, engaging with customers and they make their drinks on point. If you make the order on the app problably when you get there your food will be ready, but the is super busy at morning so ording at the counter you will have to take a good comfortable sit, it has a nice area outside to enjoy your coffee, but overall the place is not friendly to work per example, they can pay more attention on keeping the tables cleaner. There is no drive thru.

Please tell the young blond lady at the register that a personality wouldn’t hurt. She couldn’t be anymore grumpy. Not the right person to welcome people. Rest of the experience was perfect! Thank you!
