I have gone to this particular Wendy’s for probably over ten years, and I’ve never thought to myself that it had exceptionally high service or food quality. It’s always just been another generic fast food place, and quite frankly, I’ve had some pretty bad service there over the years.

Service takes a while even when you do mobile order or drive through and the orders are wrong quite often
Felt obligated to utilize the touch screen ordering boards as the are immediately present upon entering the restaurant. That being said, it shows a range of options including some that may be missed at the counter. Plus it speeds things up reducing the times people take a long time to order in the traditional manner. Got a junior bacon cheese and a baked potato plus lemonade. All were good. The burger patty was flavorful. The potato was a bit filling and I didn't finish it.
