At this location, I noticed that the manager was very patient and professional with a rude customer. She then was incredibly accommodating to me, simply out of acknowledgment that because of this situation, my order took just a little longer to fulfill.
The employees are very nice, only been through the drive thru but always very nice.
The overall experience at this location was disappointing. The food was entirely basic—nothing was fresh or standout, just standard fast food that felt underwhelming for the price.
On top of that, the service was not attentive at all. Staff seemed indifferent, ignored customers waiting at the counter, and lacked any urgency or welcoming demeanor. There are better fast-food options in the area if you want quick service and decent quality.
