“To everyone complaining about prices… you have NO idea how expensive these animals are to maintain. They eat 1000s of dollars worth of food, supplements, and medications a month-each. Veterinarians are expensive. Vet care is expensive. Fencing and enclosure materials are expensive. Construction is expensive. I’m a wildlife biologist and I’ve volunteered and worked for and with many zoological facilities. Yes, this is smaller facility. Size doesn’t equate to excellence… believe me. Prices for everything are up… all materials, feed, enrichment needs etc… fuel, it’s all more expensive than it used to be.“

“Good food, good service, a nice place to have a bite. Wasn't too busy even on a sat afternoon of a holiday weekend. The server was kind and helpful, drinks were great and we didnt have to wait long for the food. Quotes on the wall were weird, hence why no 5 stars. Parking lot has decent space, but not unlimited. Also could have better signage.“

Burgers can be a tad dry occasionally, but the food otherwise hits the spot. While it is very expensive for fast food, I do feel like the quantity of fries you get and the size of the burgers themselves makes up for it a bit.

I’d say the only downside of this location particularly is the waiting area for food is pretty cramped with tables, the soda machines, etc. but not a big deal and obviously not much can be done about it.“

“Just tried their breakfast meal combo for $8.87 because Chick Fil A is closed on Sundays. Exact same price as Chick Fil A but man what a disappointment. If it’s Sunday or you're always stuck on Rt 28 with now way to get to Washington street I can understand eating this slop. But otherwise it’s so well worth the drive to Chick Fil A. The Burger King sandwich is chewy soggy and the eggs are artificial. The hash browns are horrible. And the coffee marginal. Get real food !“

“Coming from Ireland we have little to no 'fast food' plant based options like this so I was excited to try! I got one of the regular burgers, the mac and cheese and the fries. The burger was excellent, I couldn't fault it. the Mac and Cheese was also very tasty. Not overly gone on the fries but still nice!“

“First time at Cityside last night and it was great! The Nachos were so good I wish we had gotten a large, the buffalo wings had a nice crisp to them which made them amazing. For entrees I had the fish tacos which were good but not all that and my fiancé had the cheesesteaks which can’t be compared to cheesesteaks on the North shore but still good. The drinks were good but pretty pricey. My fiancé liked every drunk he got besides the Mai Tai. It was super nice being on the roof top which made the entire night 💕 I definitely would recommend.“

“My opinion is 9.6/10. Came here because of man vs food did the 2 lbs burger. This place till this day has the juiciest burger meat I ever had was literally dripping down my arm, but not only juicy flavorful and highly enjoyable. “We went for my wife's birthday. I was concerned after reading negative reviews about the service. Fortunately, everything was great. The waiter and manager were both very attentive, the food was good and plentiful, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the value was on target. I will be back.“
