Ordered spicy chicken sandwich. When I bit into it there was a long plastic strand, probably from a straw. Trash in my sandwich. They are also incredibly rude. Will never eat here again.

This fish sandwich is gross. The filet is broken in three pieces, extremely overcooked and dried out, the sliver of lettuce has seen better days and the roll has holes in it from someone's nails or fingers. Inedible. Both orders of fries are cold and clumped together. My daughters double baconator is also inedible. Never again.

This is not a joke but the staff here is. The food is the same as every other Wendy's. The staff at this particular Wendy's are not nice they are extremely rude. They constantly mess up simple orders and then get angry when you tell them they made a mistake. They like to try and scam you, If you have a large order they will forget something every time guaranteed, probably because most of them don't speak English, so don't order delivery from this location. Pick up your food and check it before you leave. Also, make sure you get the receipt they like to charge people for drinks that weren't ordered. Be ready to feel the wrath of the manager when you accuse them of doing this on purpose. Especially when you've already complained about it before. The guy at the drive-thru window at night is a true a$$hole. I can't believe they hired him back after he left to work at the McDonald's up the street.

Totally unhygienic place. When you stand in line at the Drive Thru you see the rats coming in from the restaurant and when you get to the window you see that it really is a dirty place. The greasy window looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. The manager wears gloves but doesn't change them, he receives the order, touches the payment card and then touches the food without any hygiene. attendant sneezing 3 times and touching the sandwiches. I bought it and didn't eat it, I threw it away. very dirty

When we reentered the drive thru window, the drive thru operator accused us of lying. after we showed him proof (our receipt) he started ignoring us. when we called for him again, he directed a homophobic slur and made fun of my appearance. as a gay man, i was completely distraught by this service. i’m a huge wendy’s fan, but i would never consider returning to this one, and i advise no one else to

Ordered a meal on the app ahead of time knowing I would be in the area. Walked in about 3 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready. My order wasn't on the moble order shelf. After a couple of minutes someone noticed I was standing there. I asked about my mobile order and she handed me a bag that was sitting on the counter with a my drink behind it. I thanked her and went out. Got in my car and opened the bag for a fry and it was ice cold. Went back inside and told them. She handed me a new fry. After I got home opened the bag for my sandwiches that was cold and soggy. Don't know how long my food was sitting on the counter for but it was probably over 15 minutes. Will not return.
