I had a Chipotle gift card for YEARS in my wallet but all the Chipotles around have atrocious ratings so I was hesitant to go..
Since this one had the best rating, I decided to give a shot and my experience was pleasant. Food was good, good portions, staff quick and friendly. Leaving comments when we've had a good experience should be more common, which prompted me to write this one.

generous portions. absolutely fabulous creme brulee.
Soda machine water function was unavailable, with no signs informing how to get water without paying for a bottle.

Chipotle Mexican Grill offers good service and quick food. Customers may encounter some issues like missing utensils in mobile orders, but the staff seems to have improved since COVID. The person taking orders may come off as annoyed, but the checkout girl is friendly. Overall, Chipotle Mexican Grill is a recommended spot for a quick and tasty meal. Some customers have noted that online ordering can be frustrating, especially since full size quesadillas can only be ordered through the app, not at the counter. Despite some initial rough experiences, many find the staff polite, and the food always fresh. It’s an easy place to get in and out fast, offering a good, filling bite for those on the go.
