Liveee Music On Thursdays Whattt I Love this place I love the food and drinks deducting here !
The White Bean Salad was absolutely delicious! Irene, our bartender, recommended it and suggested adding burrata, and she was so right. The burrata made it extra creamy and paired perfectly with the roasted peppers, cranberries, crispy shallots, and sherry vinaigrette. Irene was amazing friendly, attentive, and gave us such a great recommendation. Definitely coming back!

Matadora offers a unique dining experience with delicious small plates that will wake up taste buds. The food is served quickly and tastes great, with a variety of options for vegetarians and those with dietary restrictions. Highlights include the braised short rib, grilled octopus, and lamb chops, showcasing excellent food technique. The prices for the tapas are around $16 each, but the quality justifies the cost. Guests have enjoyed the flaming chorizo, beef brochette, arugula salad, and the appetizer platter of meats and cheeses, describing the dishes as delish and very good. The atmosphere is pleasant, with a nice fire pit outside and a spacious room for large parties. It features beautiful simple decor and lovely booths for cozy dining, even though the restaurant is in the atrium of the Hilton Hotel. Outside seating and seating by floor-to-ceiling windows add a nice open feel. Service can sometimes be slow, but friendly staff, including attentive servers, make the experience enjoyable. While service may initially lag, it improves once guests communicate their needs. Overall, Matadora in the Hilton Hotel offers a fantastic culinary experience worth visiting, whether for lunch or a busy night out.
