This was delicious! We ordered some shared tapas and it was perfect for two of us. The mussels were perfect, and the street corn was so tasty. We will definitely be back!
The Matadora is worth the price if you're staying the night at Hilton. The food and service were excellent. Two highlights of the night were the crispy pork belly served with pickled fennel and beet, as well as the olive oil cake.
The only thing I would suggest is that lamb should be cooked to order, I was not asked how I would like it cooked and it came out well done+.

We stayed for the night at the hotel that this restaurant is in and decided to go for lunch. The atmosphere was very inviting, spacious, with an upscale vibe. There was a good size bar on one end but plenty of space for small or large groups. We ended up getting lunch and drinks at a table but we had the server at the bar take out order and wait on us. It features beautiful simple decor and lovely booths for cozy dining, even though the restaurant is in the atrium of the Hilton Hotel. Outside seating and seating by floor-to-ceiling windows add a nice open feel. Service can sometimes be slow, but friendly staff, including attentive servers, make the experience enjoyable. While service may initially lag, it improves once guests communicate their needs. Overall, Matadora in the Hilton Hotel offers a fantastic culinary experience worth visiting, whether for lunch or a busy night out.
