I enjoy Matadora! The ambiance is warm and inviting, just like the staff. They offer a delicious menu and a great burger ? I’ll update with food pics soon, but I was incredibly satisfied with these two beverages. I highly recommend coming by. ?? ??

We like your restaurant but our waitress was remarkably inexperienced. All the Tapas came out at the same time. Really, you should train them to have more respect for the food culture than that. Not cool. She managed to smile and be sweet which saved her but still, we were disappointed. You should train them well. People will come from miles around.

This restaurant looks and feels nothing like the photos on the web site. It's actually in an old, run-down Hilton hotel lobby, and is not the warm and intimate space depicted on the web site. The only people dining were business travelers sitting at the bar because they happened to be staying there. Don't be fooled!

Maybe it was an off day! We didn't have a good experience. Menu for brunch was limited and we couldn't order from lunch or dinner menu. We found a hair in our flaming chorizo and they brought us another but never offered to comp it. Wouldn't go back or recommend.

Super slow and bad service, we ordered a paella and it was super spicy, it wasn't an ingredient listed on the menu, we ordered a croquette and it was fried on the outside and frozen on the inside.

Server Oliver was best part of meal. Prices are for a fancy place but ambience is a sports bar with large screen TVs, along with the chlorine smell and loud sounds of the nearby hotel indoor swimming pool filled with kids. No return to Matadora.

The food was tasty but WAAYYY overpriced. We paid $55 for a ribeye that was on par with what you can get at the LongHorn Steakhouse (plus EVERYTHING is a la carte - and adds up quickly). Also, while the inside was nice, you will be able to hear everything that is happening in the indoor pool (which , when we went, at 5:30 on a Saturday night, was a bunch of screaming kids). The tapas were tasty and I'm sure some people my love it - but we will not be back.

This place is pricey, but hot ziggity, is it worth it. The drinks are perfect every time and the food leaves you with a full and happy belly.

Last minute decision to try Matador as something a little different— we loved it!! Great food, tasty drinks, nice ambiance. My teens aren't as adventurous with food, but the restaurant was able to accommodate (eg plain burger, paella With no clams or muscles,). Loved our waiter, but as it got busy, we didn't see him as much as perhaps we would have liked.

Was in their function room (which is separated from the main dining area with a chainmail curtain) with a party of 12.The drinks were good, although I got one that required some fire, which ended with some burning embers on my lap and the table, which were then left there by the server. He was very friendly though!Once we ordered food, problems started. We decided to just do a bunch of tapas for the table over entrees. Each couple ordered 3-4 items. Some items came quick, some lingered, we got many items that we did not order and did not receive many items that we did. At one point even entrees that no one ordered came in. One couple repeated their order several times over about an hour, and only ended up getting one of their items at the very end.The bill was also incorrect. Luckily one of us went to the desk and they fixed it without any pushback. As we were getting up to leave, they came and gave us each a glass of champagne for the issues, definitely appreciated, but at least one person in our party does not drink.Food was pretty great, although even as tapas the portions were a bit small for the price. Between me and my girlfriend we got 4 dishes and left a little hungry, but our fifth never came out.Staff was friendly, and maybe we caught them on and an off night, but the amount of issues was pretty jarring.

Food and drinks were very good. We got our entree before our tapas due to an error in the ordering system which was frustrating. Could've done with a more attentive waitress, but overall the food was very good and would like to go back to try more.

No one at front desk. Limited options. Strict no variance from menu, not even guacamole. Only two couples in restaurant. Table seating not available. Sat at booth at bar. Would not recommend.
