“Breakers is my preferred ice cream shop in Woburn even though I have another shop much closer. Ordering is efficient, orders are fulfilled accurately and quickly, and employees resolve any issues quickly and respectfully. Flavors are posted legibly and the variety of flavors is excellent. There is a parking lot, which is nice, and indoor seating and ordering which is helpful in the winter.“

“I recently ordered from Crumbl in Woburn for the 10th time this year. I love the Dubai brownie. This is a convenient location which is near restaurants and other stores to shop. It can get busy at times especially on Friday nights, but the staff is nice.“

I believe this is a small, family owned business: they are always attentive to your order, they will even call you to confirm if you want a specific topping or not! “I'm updating my new favorite here. Orange sherbert freeze. It's so refreshing. They combine sherbert, seltzer water, and syrup. I have them add a pump of raspberry syrup. It's so good!!! Best drink on a hot day. I also love their banana split sooo yummy. All their ice cream/full menu is amazing. Plus, open all year round.

Been going here for years. Excellens ice cream parlor. Recent visit in August 2021 got the rainbow sherbet. You could taste each flavor. Was great!“

We stopped by just in passing, on our way to visit a university — and what a pleasant surprise it turned out to be!

The ice cream was delicious, with just the right balance of flavor — not overly sweet like many others. It was refreshing and satisfying.

What truly made the experience special was Mónica’s service. She was empathetic, kind, and patient — qualities that are becoming rare these days and that we deeply appreciated.

The place itself was spotlessly clean and beautifully presented, adding to the charm of the visit.

“Great selection of yummy ice creams! The prices were pretty good and they had options other than ice cream too. The interior is super cute, but the seats up in the front window are a little dingy. Overall we loved our visit!

Parking: There’s a paid parking lot right next to it, but the parking meter didn’t work. We parked without paying but nothing bad happened on a weekend day.“
