“Breakers is my preferred ice cream shop in Woburn even though I have another shop much closer. Ordering is efficient, orders are fulfilled accurately and quickly, and employees resolve any issues quickly and respectfully. Flavors are posted legibly and the variety of flavors is excellent. There is a parking lot, which is nice, and indoor seating and ordering which is helpful in the winter.“

They had a bunch of different, unique favors, and the guy working there was super helpful in letting us try out a bunch of different flavors and then telling us his favorites.

I ended up with the honeycomb, some kind of coffee flavor (I forget the name) and the apple cinnamon one. All three flavors were excellent, but I think the honeycomb was the best.

Would definitely recommend it if you are looking for ice cream in the area!“

“It was really cute shop and I liked the ice cream. I walked down to the Kennedy Greenway and took in the skyline views with it. Great night!

I took off one star cause the ice cream is close to being perfect, but not quite. The cookie dough ice cream just simply didn’t have enough cookie dough bites in it. We all know those are the best part so what are we skimping for!

The cake batter ice cream had too many sprinkles for my taste. It’s already a very sweet flavor so it would be nice to have the option to add sprinkles instead.

On the other hand, the fruit and sorbet style flavors were perfection!

Last point, the employees all seemed like they hated their lives here. I respect that ofc cause I’ve worked many jobs that I hate, but it gave me the sense something could be done behind the scenes to make it a better work environment.

I don’t mean to sound too harsh cause clearly this place is great! But that’s my two cents, keep going!“

We did a make your own sundae bar for Teacher Appreciation Week and it was a huge hit(60)! Working with Joe to get everything ordered and organized was a piece of cake! He was so helpful with suggestions and always replying back so quickly. Liz delivered to our school and was so helpful, showing me how to use the warmer and even helping to unpack the ice creams into the freezer. Well , It's delicious for starters but it doesn't melt as fast in the cold. The pistachio is my favorite. The pistachio they serve is my benchmark for all other pistachio icecream. “Toscanini's has been my favorite ice cream spot for over 20 years. Even as I've moved around and lived in other cities, I always make a point to visit whenever I'm back in the Boston area. But a recent experience cemented my loyalty for life.

On Presidents' Day, our family showed up around 5 pm, not realizing the shop was closed for the holiday. When we couldn't open the door, we started knocking, thinking it was just stuck. Gus, the owner, came out and let us know they were closed for the day, but then asked us what we were looking for. We told him we were hoping to grab a pint, and he told us to wait just a moment. A few minutes later, he came back with a big bag full of different pints and let us walk away with two of them, suggesting we could come back and pay another day when they were actually open (or perhaps he didn't care!). We came back and paid two weeks later.

We stopped by just in passing, on our way to visit a university — and what a pleasant surprise it turned out to be!

The ice cream was delicious, with just the right balance of flavor — not overly sweet like many others. It was refreshing and satisfying.

What truly made the experience special was Mónica’s service. She was empathetic, kind, and patient — qualities that are becoming rare these days and that we deeply appreciated.

The place itself was spotlessly clean and beautifully presented, adding to the charm of the visit.

“I have been hooked on Richie's Italian Ice. 10oz..with these great flavors cherry, watermelon, strawberry, lemon lime, raspberry, orange cream, root beer. Sour apple.. Etc. I found them at Raynham Market Basket 4 for $5. Only trouble the flavor are limited. So I run to other all market basket stores around to find different flavors.. the Product is Super hit this season and I bet it will go fast this summer..
