“Always drive by but never stopped. This weekend we finally stopped and it’s was really good! Prices were reasonable and the girls at the window were very friendly! We got 3 soft serves and one cyclone (slush and ice cream) Pistachio soft serve was a fam fav! We will be back next time we’re in the mood for a cold treat!“

“We had an amazing experience! This is one of the best and most special kosher restaurant we have ever been to!! What a unique and special place. We had the cochin white fish, fried fish, and salmon pkaila. We also had the pickles, two great cocktails, and the napoleonka. Everything was unbelievably delicious. They have fabulous flavors and creativity and we loved how all of the dishes had explanations and connections to Jewish tradition. Our service was also excellent! Mike the server explained everything clearly and was very conscientious about allergies. My one complaint would be that portions of the appetizers could have been a little larger because I wanted more!“

“Decided to check this place out after grabbing some things at Christina’s Spices. Very pleasantly surprised. This may be the best ice cream I have ever had! I asked to sample the lavender latte and the ube (second one at the very nice worker’s recommendation.) Both were delicious and perfectly balanced. The flavors really came through, yet not overly sweet. It makes sense that they also own a spice business. I ended up getting both because they were just that good! Excited to return.“

“i got richie,s slush for the first time this year, I was so excited!, but then i noticed i think richie's slush changed their recipe for their slush. it just dont taste the same. “Today a group of us visited Gerly’s ice cream and we were most pleasantly impressed by the real freshness of the flavors like everything stood out. Nothing was muddled. The bananas were real. The fig was real. The goat cheese was real. It just was so natural tasting. We also really enjoyed talking with the “man behind the counter.” He said he was a cousin of the owner. He was super knowledgeable and informed us about the ice cream workshops and about how people from near and far came for the nut free ice cream options. I would really like the decor and the interior of the store to match the richness and decadence of the ice cream itself. The look of the store does not quite match the awesomeness of the ice cream. Please try this ice cream… it is so good! Some of the best ice cream I have ever had!“

“The portion size alone was massive for the price making it almost too much for me to finish in one go. Every bite was flavorful, the fruit was fresh the balance of flavors was just right for a wonderful experience. Meticulously crafted and put together for a finish a Michelin chef would approve of easily this was hands down the best acai bowl I've had in a very long time. My one regret is that I'm not local, I'll certainly be thinking of Algeria Bowls on my way home.“

“Yesterday I was in to get a birthday cake and was inspired by an act of kindness. A young woman with some cognitive disabilities came in asking some unusual questions. The owner, who was working the shop by himself at the time, was so patient with her and kind. He treated her with respect and even gave her a free drink. These sorts of moments need to be recognized!“
“Purple Haze (coconut base, ube with chocolate hazelnut bark) and Corner Piece (brown butter chocolate with brownie chunks) were both delicious. So were the warm homemade waffle cones with melty chocolate at the bottom! These are both smalls and had the perfect amount of ice cream.“
“I stopped in after dinner with my date to finally try this place out and we were blown away.
First off: the flavors are amazing. They are both well thought of combinations and absolutely high quality products. This is artisan level ice cream. It is very dense and rich. It kind of reminds me of Italian gelato in a way. I loved the cones as well. You can order a 1, 2, or 3 scoop in a cone or cup. Or cone kind of looking thing in a cup.
The staff here was super nice and friendly. Thank you for your professionalism! I love the atmosphere of the store and it was very modern, clean, and intriguing. I wanted a cone as soon as I walked in.
Price wise, be prepared for expensive ice cream. In my opinion it was worth the purchase for how exceptionally better it was than the vast majority of places I’ve tried around town.

“After watching a movie at the nearby AMC, I came here with the cool autumn breeze. The storefront was under renovation, but it was still open. The decor suggested a rather old-fashioned ice cream shop.
Taro: A bit of a surprise. For an American/Italian ice cream shop, the most highly rated flavor online was taro, but after one bite, I felt it truly deserved its reputation. The ice cream was smooth and delicate, with a naturally rich taro flavor, and not too sweet.
Matcha: A very standard matcha flavor from an American ice cream shop. Not too sweet, the matcha flavor was pure, but nothing particularly special. A safe choice for Chinese palates.
Coconut Thai Tea: First time trying this, and quite an interesting flavor. The sweetness of coconut milk is the top note, followed by the bitter aroma of Thai milk tea.
Bourbon Maple Pecan: The initial taste was the sweetness of maple syrup, followed by the nutty and slightly salty aroma of pecans. It's quite good, but a little on the sweet side.“
