“I recently had the pleasure of dining at Andalus Pizza And Cafe, and I can't stop raving about it! The experience was nothing short of amazing. The Chicken Alfredo Pasta was a true delight—creamy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Each bite was a symphony of flavors that left my taste buds dancing with joy. The quality of ingredients and the attention to detail truly set this dish apart. And let's talk about their pizza—it's a game-changer! The crust was just the right balance of crispy and chewy, and the toppings were fresh and abundant. I could taste the dedication to quality in every slice. What impressed me the most, though, was the friendly and attentive staff. Their passion for good food and customer satisfaction was evident from the moment I walked in. The cozy ambiance added to the overall positive experience.Andalus Pizza And Cafe has become my go-to place for delicious Italian cuisine. If you're a fan of mouthwatering pasta and pizza, this is the spot to visit. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!“
“The ice cream here is delicious and delightful. The people are great too! The sun sort of beats down on you if you go here at the wrong time. Also, dang do those sugary toppings make it hard to breathe and hang out there! Will come again for all our ice cream treat days but probably not hang out inside.“
“Could be my favorite place in the world. Are you bookish, social, hungry? Lehrhaus is an amazing combo of lively house of study, cocktail bar, and restaurant with contemporary creative dishes. Attend a class, eat at the rail, meet your friends in the lounge, bring your little ones for a meal. It's all there in one place and the hospitality is top-notch.“
“We live in the neighborhood and visited Lazy Bear after having dinner at a neighborhood restaurant. The staff was so nice to me and my daughter. They gave her samples of the ice cream...which she LOVED. She got cotton candy ice cream. It tasted just like cotton candy but without being clowingly too sweet. It was delicious. I'm not a big fan of sweets, but "When in Rome..." I got the black raspberry. Super delicious. My daughter and i both got "single" scoops in a cup. Lazy Bear's scoop is extremely generous. It was actually more like 3 scoops. They also have free sample of their hot chocolate... which was equally delicious. One of the guys told us his grandmother makes homemade fudge that they sell. You can smell the fresh cookies in the background. And, they make their own whipped cream in several flavors. Lazy Bear has our business from now on. Great products, great staff, no pretentious stuff, great variety, great store... they delivered on everything. We're already agreed we'll be back next week.“
“Best ice cream flavors! I purchased a rainbow of ice cream colors and every flavor was outstanding. We served it at my son's birthday party. It was a big hit! The pomengranate and parsley were my favorites. Such unusual flavors and beautiful colors!“
“You all must try this place!! The gelato is just simply amazing!! There isn’t anything simple about the taste. The flavors are so robust and exquisite! This is one of those places you try and then take everyone you know every chance you get. Highly recommended.“
“The name says it all. Wally's Wicked Good Ice Cream. That's all you need to know. Growing up in Newton, I always heard of Wally's. It was a gem in the Auburndale neighborhood and I only ever heard good things. I just went here for the first time and I loved it! No surprise here. Not only was it open late, but the inside is stunning!! Their walls are full of pops of color, bright fluorescent lights, and all around gives off happy go-lucky ice cream parlor energy. I love to see it. We both ordered size small - and yes the small looks tiny in the picture but it was the perfect size. Just enough to fill us up without feeling too full. There are 2 scoops in each of our dishes and we were looking for a little bit of refreshing ice cream after a 90° day in Boston (what's up with this September weather?). Anywho, delicious ice cream, friendly staff, we got a metered parking spot right out front, and amazing interior. A cute ice cream parlor for sure. I highly recommend!“
“This afternoon I decided to stop by Taiyaki NYC for a quick snack. They have two of this locations in Boston, one located in the seaport area and the other one located right in Harvard square. This store is very easy to access as it's right at the intersection of church street and Massachusetts avenue. I would recommend using the T and get off right at the Harvard square stop since parking is very limited in this area. As soon as you enter this shop you are greated by lovely and welcoming employees. The ambiance of this store is very nice and very nicely decorated. There's no seating so the majority of customers just stop to grab and go. They have a very good menu variety, as shown in the picture below not only they have regular mochi donuts, but they also have butter mochi donuts which are gluten free and whipped cream bombs. They also have a big variety of ice creams flavors with great topping and syrup choices. They also have cold drinks, sodas and hot drinks. They also offer a seasonal menu which special flavors like red velvet. Today I tried the vanilla cream bomb and the peach passion fruit soda. The cream bomb was really big and the filling was plenty. It tasted very good and not too sweet. You could taste that the dough was freshly made. The soda was also delicious. Everything was lovely and I had a great experience. I recommend this place to everyone that happens to be around the area.“
“There are many ice cream flavors and different sizes to choose from. I ordered three flavors: 3B, Earl gray, and Kulfi. They were all delicious. Among them, 3B (brown sugar, brown butter, brownie) is the signature flavor and the most amazing. It has a strong creamy aroma and is surprisingly not overly sweet. , paired with brownie to make the taste richer. Earl Gray tea has a very elegant taste. The aroma of bergamot comes first in the mouth, and the tea flavor comes out later, with an endless aftertaste. Kulfi is cardamom-flavored ice cream with chopped nuts. It feels like drinking Indian spiced milk tea. There is a large table and some sofas in the store, and there is also water for guests to take by themselves, which is very considerate.“
“It’s too bad Ice Cream isn’t healthy or I’d get one everyday during it’s open season! I love the Pistachios soft serve however, all of the flavors are verb good! The staff has very well mannered customer service and I was impressed at how physically fit the ladies were seeing that they’re around such great Ice Cream during their shift. 5⭐️ ‘s“
“This place is amazing! I’ve been here over 20 times and the food is consistently fantastic. Wait staff is so nice and professional. It’s hard to work at a place that typically gets one huge rush a day but they are so great and the food always shines.“
“This place is the bomb and it's such a cute ice cream parlor! The person working was Ta-Neja and she recommended the most delicious ice cream flavors, I immediately changed my original choice to whatever she said! Come here!!!! You won't be disappointed :) also, the flavors I got were Carmel truffle and graham station!! :)“
“Great place to bring your kids to bowl. Fresh food good food, in house ice cream. Ron, his son and staff are super friendly and eager for you to have a good time. Ask for the chefs table in the kitchen.Kid-friendliness: They have a metal kids bowling assist. Great place for kids to learnWheelchair accessibility: Several folks bowling were using walkers“
“Anytime I visit Boston, I always make sure to grab a few cannoli’s from here, and that will last a few days because the cannoli cream is so luxuriously rich and the portions are large. They have plenty of flavors. The espresso is my favorite. Don’t sleep on their biscotti either. Buy a bunch and that will last you a full week! There’s almost always a line but it moves pretty quickly. The staff aren't always the friendliest or happiest, but that might be a Boston thing. They're pretty quick with the orders which is nice. The place is pretty simple - an open floor with counters that have multiple lines to make the process go smoothly. It's decorated with their signature blue and white. The cannoli flavors are written above behind the counters. Because of how busy it gets, you may not be able to see some of the pastry's behind the glass because of the crowd, but check out some of the pictures online to get an idea if it's something you'd like.“
“honestly im writing this review based off the store bought italian ices but i do plan on visiting this summer! I LOVE the italian ice especially the cherry i literally have one sometimes two a day and i look forward to visiting this coming up summer!! Dont change a thing Richies!!!!“
“The best fresh and handmade pasta, sauces, gelato, desserts and more! A true hidden gem where you can bring home the goods that rivals any fine Italian resturant. I am so lucky to have such a special store nearby. They are so nice there too.“
“I like this place more than other ice cream shops bc it offers an x-small/child size cup for those like myself who don’t have a sweet tooth but still want ice cream. I always go for the vanilla flavor with rainbow sprinkles. Never too busy and great service every time!“
“Loved this spot. Everything you want out of an old-school diner-type vibe. Reminded me of Friendly's in its glory days. Footlong hot dog was grilled to perfection, buffalo chicken wrap was wrapped nice and tight with the perfect amount of spice, and the cottage fries were nice and hot. The star of the show was, of course, the ice cream. We got the traditional banana boat (which was HUGE and very reasonably priced given the size) and loved every bite.“
“It’s been my routine to get a parfait here after watching musicals at Huntington, even we really need to rush. A mixmatch of any 2 flavors was amazing! The mochi balls, sponge cake, corn flakes, and jelly gave so many layers of flavor and texture to the dessert “
“Very small little shop but it does not disappoint! They have a wide variety of treats and lots of different flavors for the shaved ice and ice cream flavors as well. I had the Minuta regular with mango, passion fruit and pineapple flavor and my husband had the Guanabanazo and both were delicious. We bought some frozen popsicles to bring home in a variety of flavors that are made there, which tasted great and a fair price. Can’t wait to go back and try something else!! Once I got home we realized they have a new and bigger location in Chelsea that I look forward to visiting also.“
“The ice cream is fabulous AND they have vegan options too. Everything is homemade, including the baked goods. There is also a small section for a variety of candy. The owner and staff are super nice. Service is outstanding. I highly recommend- this as a must try if you visit the north end.“
“Came in looking for a pint of a particular flavor, only to discover the flavor was special for the Christmas season.Within a minute of hearing my disappointment, three staff members are searching in the back freezer to see if there might be some left.I really appreciate the service.Ah, and like everyone says, the flavors are great here.“
“One of the best ice cream i’ve ever had locally. They were pretty short staffed when I went but the girl who made my ice cream, Bridget, was such a sweetheart and did an amazing job. More staffing would be nice but the pricing was pretty decent, I will definitely be coming back again.“
“Amazing Vegan Ice cream. I have a dairy allergy and I’ve tried a lot of different vegan desserts. These taste exactly like the regular desserts. I had the grasshopper pie with hot fudge and it was amazing. You can even buy toppings for at home use - I bought a jar of hot fudge! Also I love the take a drawing/poem and leave one. I want to do it next time! Would love to see a vegan ice cream flight! Or little ice cream sandwiches.“
“Puritan Ice Cream is a commercial manufacturer of high quality ice cream for ice cream stands, restaurants, and private label. This is a commercial food producer. There is no sit down area here and no food delivery pick up for takeout. Google and other search services have this wrong. As a good neighbor policy they will sometimes sell large 3-gallon or half-gallon packaging to locals or to schools for special events but there is no formal retail operation here either.“
“The best ice cream in Boston! The scoops are well priced, I usually get the Mini because I feel like the complexity of the flavors lends itself to smaller portions. The flavors vary with the season, but they do have a few evergreens, like cookies and cream. The cakes are a quite a bit more expensive than the scoops, but also good. Allergens are clearly listed. Oh, and it also happens to be vegan!Vegetarian options: 100% Vegan“
“Cute, little place by Wollaston station in Quincy to satisfy a sweet craving and cool down in the summer.I've tried the matcha, milk tea, and ube sundaes. The ube is definitely my favorite and is something I'd buy a pint of alone. Very smooth and rich but not too sweet. The staff is also very friendly. One time they messed up my order and let me keep the messed-up order free of charge while they remade the correct order.Only downside is that it can get quite crowded, which makes it difficult to place/wait for your order, and I would come here often if the prices were cheaper. But it's good enough that I would come back again for a once-in-while indulgence.“
“I can’t say enough about Soc’s. We live in Boston and although we love visiting new ice cream stands, Soc’s has become our go-to place and a tradition. From a customer’s perspective it’s just a fantastic business. The ice cream is consistently excellent, as is the service. Both are exactly what you’d hope to find at an ice cream stand. The hours and fantastic, and they have a longer season than any other ice cream stand I know of. It feels like the summer is extended by months. There isn’t anything I would change.“
“Students get 10% off on Mon-Thurs.Get a cone and choose as many flavors as you like. If you have layering preference, do tell the staff upfront. The last time I visited, I ordered a large cone with strawberry, mango and pistachio. Flavors were all great!Large looks asthetically more pleasing but might be too much (and too sweet) for a dessert trip. Still overall a great dessert place.“
“BerryLine is a charming tiny ice cream shop that packs a big punch with its delightful desserts. The variety of toppings available is impressive, allowing you to customize your dessert to perfection. The customer service is top-notch, with friendly staff members always ready to assist with a smile. With its great desserts, cozy atmosphere, and excellent service, BerryLine is a must for anyone with a sweet tooth.“
“Generally I don't care for boba tea.But was craving some brown sugar boba tea. And some of my other usual spots were either too busy or too hard.I liked the fact I could choose the sweetness level which was nice. Did a 30% sugar tea, and got a egg waffle (also recommended)Tasted good, drank the whole tea, and the ice cream was good too. Venue was cute, but nothing mind blowing. The girl who worked the counter was effective. Not a bad spot for a quick fix.“
“We were thrilled to have Zack’s Ice Cream truck at our event! Their service was top-notch, and the ice cream was a hit with everyone. The staff was friendly and efficient, ensuring that all our guests were served promptly. The variety of flavors they offered was fantastic, catering to all tastes. Zack’s Ice Cream truck added a delightful and delicious touch to our event, and we highly recommend them for any occasion“
“the boba at sweet heart is pretty good! it's not too sweet and they have various sugar and ice levels you can choose from. i ordered the large sweet heart black milk tea for $5.50. medium drinks are mostly $4.99. they also have smoothies and ice cream. there's usually no line and service is quick. the baristas are friendly and kind. street parking is available right outside the boba shop. overall rating: 10/10“
“Even from the menu, you could tell that this is authentically Brazilian. They offer many authentic topping options, such as brigadeiros. This place is significantly better than those chain açai and juice spots in town. However, the price was very high!“
“really really loved this place!! everything about it was so goodthe front of the shop gives a classic old vibe and the inside is small but feels quaintly cutethe people working there was also super friendly, funny, and conversational and enthusiastically gave flavor recommendations and samplesand finally, the ice cream itself was also soo amazing, I would go back so often if it weren't so far away. I got blueberry, strawberry, and banana, and the flavors were so fresh and refreshing. you could taste that it was made with actual fruit!! and honestly didn't expect it but the banana was my favorite flavor (the employee recc'ed it so I had to trust)solid portion and reasonable pricehighly highly recommend!“
“The Ice cream was great but the people (employees) made it accessional. My iPhone battery went dead and I am from out of town. Not only did they find a charger for me they helped me with an Uber ride to enable me to get to my hotel. Ice cream you can get anywhere Compassion and empathy you can't buy. JDFNEW ORLEANS,La“
“I was recently shopping at Crumbl Cookie at the Dedham Plaza. My wife and I were passing on by when she asked me to look online about it while I was waiting for her while she went into Stsr Market. So I checked out what Crumbl Cookie was all about and decided when she came out that we would go over there and check it out. Upon entering I was quite shocked about how big the baking facilities were. But not to impressed with the amount of space for customers to be waiting at. Their were no chairs to sit while waiting for your order or to even sit down to eat and enjoy a cookie. But needless to say maybe it's something they can probably work on in futureAnyway the facilities were very clean and the ordering was painless. I ordered a Banana Nut bread cookie, while I also ordered a Snickdoodle cookie, we also ordered a waffle cookie which came with a side of syrup, and last but not least I wish that I could remember the cookie that we ordered but I can't remember. When we got home after eating dinner we got into the cookies and let me tell you that this was the best Snickerdoodle cookie that I've ever had. It was on the sweet side but it didn't deter me from eating it all and wishing that I had another one. MY wife and my mother in-law both enjoyed their cookies as well. All in all we would highly recommend that people give the Crumbl a chance to try out some delicious cookies and also from what I understand is that they change their menu every week with different varieties of cookies so never the same dull menu. I hope this review will inspire you to give the place a try and hopefully you can enjoy what they offer you. Thank You.“
“Lizzy's Ice Cream in Boston offers a wide selection of options with great texture, serving sizes, and a few vegan sorbets. Their cookies and cream ice cream was delightful, with creamy base and generous cookie chunks. A must-visit for ice cream lovers.“
“A true gem! It used to be located in Somerville near Tufts and was a favorite of college kids and neighborhood families, and has quickly become a Winchester staple. If you're a chocolate fan, the flourless chocolate cookies and cocoa joel ice cream are both to die for. The nutella or oreo stuffed chocolate chip cookies are delicious if you're feeling extravagant. I'm also a fan of the salted caramel and cow trax ice creams. Overall, you can't go wrong! Some pretty solid vegan and gluten free options. It's a cute place with a few tables, and there are various benches nearby in downtown Winchester if the store is full.A tip: you can get just ice cream, a half hoagie (a small ice cream with one cookie), or a whole hoagie (a full sandwich with two cookies). The whole hoagie is fun as a concept but is somewhat impractical to eat and is a lot of food -- I would recommend just getting a half hoagie and using your spoon to scoop ice cream onto the cookie as you eat. That way you get both cookie + ice cream at once without the cookies crumbling and ice cream everywhere.“
“Rancatore's Ice Cream & Yogurt is a must-visit for ice cream lovers. Service is friendly and efficient, adding to the overall enjoyable experience. Whether you're a local or just passing through, Rancatore's is definitely worth a visit for a delicious frozen delight.“
“The first time I tried Taiyaki NYC was in NY, of course, but the quality for the Boston location is the same. Very picturesque desserts that will satisfy a sweet craving. I got the unicorn and matcha sesame, which were both tasty. They taste especially good when the taiyaki cone is fresh and warm, but be sure to eat it quick in the summer if you want to avoid a sticky mess!“
“A family owned sandwich shop where the food is delicious, fresh and made with love. A wide variety to choose from and also has Richardson’s ice cream. Wonderful customer service. Definitely worth a try. The paninis are especially delicious. You’ll end up being a regular. Very reasonable prices.“
“Me & my wife stopped in for ice cream and we were well satisfied!Portions are generous, service was great, and the flavors are unique. Goat cheese and honey ice cream is great. Samples are free and necessary to narrow down the choices. The shop itself is cool, sit and people watch through the large windows. Enjoy the memorabilia on the walls. When you're finished, there's cool water and cups available.Kid-friendliness: It's ice cream, kid approved!“
“As a donut conneiseur who's tried my fair share of pastries, this shop lives up to the hype! At $42/dozen it should! However the price point is actually reflected in the taste and that is something I have found lacking in some hyped up places (Kanes which was so disappointing). I can't even say I had a favorite for what we tried: cannoli, tiramisu, eggnog, jelly filled and Boston cream. If you twisted my arm I may say eggnog! The Boston cream was definitely the best of it's kind I've ever had. If you're looking for the best donut shop in Boston this is it. This particular location is a bit small and offers no indoor seating just fyi.“
“BEST ice cream I’ve ever had!! The salted caramel crackle is absolutely unbeatable! Not overly sweet but still has those delicious ribbons of caramel and honeycomb chunks. The vanilla waffle cone is insanely good!!! You have to try it when you go!! Rich, buttery, and pairs absolutely perfect with the salted caramel crackle ice cream. I recommend sizing up, the portion sizes are moderate. Great place!“
“I ordered this cake for my sister’s birthday, and was so beyond impressed. I ordered over the phone, and asked them if they could make a dinosaur design on the top. They responded without a beat asking what kind of dinosaur! They were so ready to go above and beyond! I live out of state, and had never been to Lizzys before, so I was going in a bit blind, but I honestly couldn’t have anticipated how blown away I was by the staff and by the end product. My sister was so excited, and it really made her birthday special!“
“Great! Ice cream is high quality, cookies are huge, and portion sizes for the prices are reasonable. Overall, good quality, friendly folks working, and an easy place to want to return to. It is kind of niche in terms of cookie sandwiches but if that's what you're after, I'd highly recommend.“
“Cute ice cream place with interesting flavors. I do recommend ordering ice cream in their waffle cone.Ordered the banana foster’s flavor, balance of bananas and caramel flavors perfect w their signature wadffle cone.Great to hangout with friends as well! Will be back during summers.“
“I like to try a donut place’s plain glazed donut and kind of use that as a yardstick, and Blackbird’s is great—simple, sweet but not overpowering, great texture.Plus they have a lot of different flavors—a really creative and interesting variety. Give the everything bagel donut a try!!!“
