Where else can you get a movie ticket, a good craft beer, and a bag of popcorn, for $20? The facilities are good, the staff is friendly, and they have a great selection of movies.

It may not be open as late or have as many fancy topping options as Scoop, but it's much more affordable and they serve Richardson's!!!!

Capitol Creamery is a low-key ice cream shop that boasts some of the best flavors around, from the delectable Blueberry Pie to the decadent Cake Batter with Reese's Pieces. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and generous with their scoops. While the high counter by the window can be a bit sticky at times, the overall experience is one of pure happiness, making this the tastiest ice cream spot in town.
