I picked up a food delivery job just before the covid lockdown (great timing since I worked in retail..), and they have to be doing something right as I prob get more orders from them than almost any other place. And they've always got the pick-up/delivery orders running on time and on point! Not a single customer complaint (and their customers tip drivers accordingly, considering were gassing up our cars to deliver to people in the middle of a worldwide viral pandemic).

Ordered the large sausage and onion. Pie was undercooked, sausage was scant. As much as I love some of their exotic pies, I'm sad that they cant execute on the basic ones. :-/
