Robyn is a fantastic waitress with a great personality! Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday’s, ask for Robyn! The food was too much for human consumption in one sitting, but I am sure the guys enjoy a big meal at lunch time! Those burgers are made for men! ? If I was a mystery shopper, they exceeded customer service, clean restrooms, good food and a host that made us laugh upon entry! What a great team you guys have!Parking: They have a small building in the huge parking lot. You shouldn’t have trouble finding a spot!

Everything was super amazing!!!! And also later I found my I.d. And was able to find my cards…I had sent this to a do not reply… so I just needed to say it here… because my waitress was so wonderful!!!! She helped me surprise my auntie… I was so so grateful!!! And she was so so amazing!!! So here what I wrote to the do not reply I’m sorry,“Oh!!! No!!! The waitress WAS ABSOLUTELY A DOLL! It was a GREAT EXPERIENCE, on your part! As it ALWAYS IS! I was just dumb.. and left my cards somewhere… and couldn’t get through to the restaurant by phone and needed to contact someone… I LOVE 99s! I go there for your French onion soup! Wich IS ALWAYS! Delicious and hot and well prepared! Everything was fabulous… I was just checking to see if anyone had turned my cards in, my mom worked at this particular location for years when I was a kid… and this location has a very special place in my heart for sure.. I uhm go there to feel close to her…as she had passed in 2008, and everytime I go people are always so sweet and wonderful… and I was always remembered.. please don’t apologize as I was totally satisfied with the experience… I was just reaching out to see if anyone had turned in my cards… that’s all thank you for getting back to me.”

We were starving. Asked for for popcorn and cheese and crackers. The waitress forgot. She brought 2 out of the 3 soups we ordered, never received the 3rd even after reminding her. The salad and gold fever wings were as excellent as they could be, but the royal sirloin was flavorless, tough, and watery. With only one bite taken out of the steak, she removed the plate without asking if there was an issue. Not the 99's I remember. Weekday dinner, Gio (Giovanna) was our server and she is GREAT: I had not been to the 99 in years, the location closest to me is Waltham and it is always chaotic in there. But we were in Burlington and looking for a casual meal, so the 99 it was. It was busy on a Wednesday night, but the restaurant is big and we were seated right away. I had the steak tips which were cooked perfectly, and the sweet potatoes were delicious. Gio is terrific, so friendly and also a nurse during the day (she obviously has a lot of energy!). I think she works one weeknight and one weekend day, and I would definitely want to be in her section next time. Even without being in Burlington, I would definitely head here from Watertown to avoid the Waltham location.

I’ve been to plenty of 99 restaurants, including this one once or twice, and I just had the best experience during my lunch at the four corner location today. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with friendly smiles. Had a nice window seat for our table which helped build the atmosphere. Our server, Johnny, was one of the best servers I’ve had at any restaurant.. very attentive and friendly, brought refills on water without even needing to be asked. Manager that delivered our food to the table was also pleasant. Food was excellent as always. Will be returning to this location more often for sure!

This is for Cambridge St, woburn. We had a delicious meal last Friday 6 pm. We've also been going to 99 for decades, usually Billerica Mdsx TPike, but now Woburn. Last year post covid we had a bad experience and a friend refused to go back. Waiter not hygienic, spots on the glass, all silverware not clean, rugs dirty. This time, waitress, table, glass/silverware clean. Forgot to check the rugs. All 3 of us enjoyed our meals. Baked Cod, Fish Tacos, and Fish and chips were VG, all fish was very fresh and well cooked. Fries a bit limp and should be thicker. Other sides VG. We had the Red Fruity Sangria was delicious. Service was friendly and polite, food came out promptly. The Menu is really pared down , but maybe that's a good thing. The only thing I didn't check was the condition of the carpets, which hopefully have been replaced or well cleaned! We will definitely be returning for economical and delicious meals.

I went to the 99 restaurant in Woburn. I arrived around 2:30. Courtney was my waitress. She was more than efficient; she was very kind and extremely helpful. I had various questions I wanted to ask, she answered them with eagerness and always with a smile. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and satisfied. I always get their Honey Chicken Wrap because it's so tasty and reasonably priced. Overall, their prices are very affordable, compared to most restaurants these days. I must give a shout out to the host who escorted me to my seat. He was very quick to see me and more than pleasant. Everyone was great.
