the food is wonderful and the staff are so nice! But the horchata tastes like it is made with lime every time I go and very watery :( other than that everything is great including the staff!!!

Bad service, lost orders or stolen off shelf twice. Ordered ahead twice and told 15 min, but not ready 30 min, place was not busy only one person in line and food was not ready. They had to reprint my order. Not recommend.

Food measly prepared, hot sauce only of 1 of 2 identical tacos.

Hands-down the best quick-serve burrito place in the Boston area. Anna's has been my favorite since around 2000 - they have consistently great food and reasonable prices.

I can't even name all the things they got wrong in our order. No chips and guac (that we paid for), wrong fillings in the burritos and quesadillas that were just folded over burrito shells with the cheese and othe extra ingredients we ordered missing. This is not the Anna's we enjoyed in Boston. The hedge fund managers must have taken over. Another loss for this location.

5/01/2025 update

Went in today and spoke with dm Terry & Gm Gabriel, both very lovely and provided me with a replacement meal. I appreciate the kind gesture! 5 starts for the team and grace.

4.50 tortilla chips and salsa and it’s all crumbs. Awful. Smallest burrito ever. You can get more at qdoba for less than that

I came in as a first time service was no good food wasn't good I order a quesadilla and they made it like a burrito this is an offense for Mexican food the rice was old dry. First and last

Food was good until I realized it gave me sever food poisoning, saw other reviews that also said it gave them food poisoning and it’s totally unacceptable. Be careful eating here or just don’t go to this location at all

Ordered a 10 inch burrito. Eat here a lot. Sometimes it’s big, sometimes they skimp. What really got me was the crunch of something hard, like grains of sand. I threw the burrito in the trash after two bites. Reading some of the other reviews confirms quality is an issue. I don’t want food poisoning.

Don’t apologize. Just get your act together!

Ordered a small burrito. They weren't kidding! This burrito is about the size of small hot dog on a bun but it costs $12.47.

This place has changed a lot lately. I wouldn't recommend it any more.

Get the Birria tacos 🌮 you won't be disappointed. They're lovely and really care about putting out a quality meal!! For the young people they're Fire! Slaps... Or in Massachusetts Wicked good!

*edited to add that their quesadilla is not a standard quesadilla so people may be confused when they order that. I liked it though, it gives chimichanga vibes and was delicious. They grill the tortilla with cheese and then add fillings after.
After ordering here for the first time two nights ago, I’m hesitant to order again. Almost never write reviews but this was so aggravating I’m giving everyone a heads up lol
I don’t want to fully bash Anna’s, the food tasted very good and I was satisfied with what I ordered, when I finally received it.
Placed an order online through the Anna’s website, order went to the right location, but when I got there to pick it up ~20 mins later I was told that someone had already come in and picked up the order under my name. I said “Oh well they must have picked up the wrong order” like obviously I’m here trying to grab my stuff and I didn’t send anyone else…Is this a scam that goes around now? Im assuming the manager who came to talk to me said “people will place 3,4 orders under the same name” ??? I think it was a mistake with an order with a similar name, it’s easy during busy times to just like grab a bag and hand it off, I don’t even fully blame anyone if that is what happened. there were other bags on the counter and another in the pickup area they keep out in the dining room. Maybe another customer came in and just grabbed the wrong bag. Either way like that’s not my problem, I’m here with my receipt on my phone and my name on my id and I had to argue but the manager offered to remake the order and very quickly. I ordered a bag of chips and salsa to go in addition to the $30 we spent on the food and got what we paid for in the end, but the issue was not handled well and they need a better system for handling pickups and delivery orders, like checking receipts or something so this doesn’t continue to happen.
