I’ve been a loyal Anna’s taqueria customer for 25 years now. Been to every location but this location appears to be dropping the ball on training the employees on burrito assembly. The burritos are consistently rolled poorly, open on both ends, loose, tin foil rolled into the burrito that’s hard to get out without the burrito falling apart. The ingredients are great as they are at every other Anna’s location. But if I wanted my burrito to fall apart and be eaten with a fork and knife I would get a bowl. A burrito is the ultimate self contained meal truly one of its greatest attributes. I really hope management sees this and works on training the employees a bit more on proper burrito rolling. Anyways been to this location 25-30 times now and I will continue to do so and remain hopeful the burritos rolling improves.

Service is good and location is nice. The food could be better... I've gotten a few different super burritos here and I mean they're good, but not as good as the originals, like the Porter Square or Boston locations. Because I know the other locations seem to have fresher food/better quality, I know this location could do better. Because this location is closer to my home I'll continue to visit despite the slight quality drop.

If you close at 10pm you should be able to serve food at 9:45pm, otherwise change your hours. We didn’t come in with 1 or 2 minutes left it was 15 minutes and by the looks of it they were clean even before that!

I am beyond disappointed in this location. The Anna’s in Boston is run a lot better.
I went in and asked for a quesadilla. I was there easily 15 minutes before they closed, and they told me “no” because they had already shut off their grill.
Just change your hours if workers want to leave early because this place is not really open until 10. I would caution going even 15 minutes before close because everything was already put away and it seemed like their grills had been off for a while. Very disappointed and my friends and I will not be going to this location again.
I was so excited to get a quesadilla after a long day and I came away with nothing.

I would’ve rated the food higher if I got the correct order. I was there today for lunch and the food taste pretty good, but I was missing items from my order. Also, my food was made incorrectly. It’s a shame because I really like this place but I can be a hit or miss at times.

I have been a customer at Anna's for over 25 years and I will be for as long as the doors are open. The food is fresh and made at each location and you can taste it. No matter which location you go to, and I have been to all of them, you will get the same delicious food at each one. If I had to pick just one restaurant to eat at for the rest of my life I would pick Anna's based on the quality and the variety I could literally eat there every day for at least a month and not get the same thing twice.

The staff clearly did not want to be there and were rude, and they don’t pay attention when taking orders. The place is dirty, and I was charged extra for items that used to be standard. It’s disappointing, this place used to be good years ago.

First visit. Tried a super burrito. Good, but expected better from a local chain that's been around for over a decade. They should comparison shop the burritos at La Victoria and Boca Grande for the sake of improvement.
Not a bad burrito but pretty institutional. I have fond memories of Anna's in Cambridge that I guess will have to serve me giing forward.

1st time trying this out and glad we did! We had 3 different tacos and everyone was happy. Food looked and tasted fresh. Cilantro was fresh as I would have expected. Sorry will take pics next time. Definitely will ready here again and would recommend. The driver was nice and rang bell as requested.
