Food was good, will give that. Our server, the Adam Lambert looking guy, was over once to take our drink orders, dropped our drinks off, took our food orders, went to gossip with his co-workers, sit around, gossip more, another waiter dropped our food off, Adam Lambert look alike still gossiping with everyone, not paying us any mind. Finally got the bill, sorry look alike Adam Lambert, but you didn't earn a tip this time. Maybe restaurant service isn't for you?
My server was horrible. Messed up my order, appetiser didn't come out till after our meals were on the table. He didn't check to see if we needed anything. I waited almost 15 minutes to get a refill on my drink. It wasn't busy, I called over a floor supervisor to get better service. It took her less then 5 minutes to correct his mistakes. She told me he was new. Maybe put him in the kitchen and away from customers. The food was what you would expect for a chain restaurant.
Good food is priced fair. Wouldn't call it a Gourmet restaurant but it's a nice spot to bring the family go to hang out with friends or maybe even a date you can watch the football games there they have a lot of sports activities on TV it's an overall nice
I went here with my boyfriend who came down from Canada to visit, we got the pretzel bread sticks (so good brw woukd recommend) and onion rings for our appetizers and burgers for our entree. Everything was cooked how we asked and the service was very very nice.
Vegetarian options: They have several different vegetarian options and even a vegan option.
Dietary restrictions: They have an impossible burger for the vegans!
Ordered an appetizer for Curbside to Go and waited over 40 minutes but it never came out. No clue how this place has been so grossly understaffed for so many years. Glad I didn't prepay.
Overall the experience and the meals are quite good. That being said... Whatever you do, don't order the quesadilla burger. Quesadilla burger tastes like a standard burger with consistency of sloppy joes and drinking down a bottle of cooking oil...
Nachos were so salty that they seriously made lips pucker. Manager grabbed drinks around the lip of the glass, which is against Health Department regulations. Especially as he just bussed a table that was a mess and his hands were filthy. I mentioned it and they disappeared and brought my food out to me. I didn’t even think of touching it as I am positive something was done to it. It is disgusting and I will never eat here again and will tell all I know to avoid this place at all cost.
Mike was a great server. Made sure I got everything I asked. Saw other reviews here claiming he was rude. My guess is the patrons were.
Parking: Easy and available
We got a bartender named Mike he was mad rude and he yelled at the server too (Megan). He gave her one minute to do last call and when she came over the table to ask if we wanted more drinks we said yes and when she went over to the bar he yelled at her saying he wasn’t gonna make 3 more drinks for a table (he was making drinks only for his costumers at the bar), and was mad rude at our server. However, Megan was the nicest server ever!
Got here at 715pm, with a party of 4. Half of the restaurant was open, but the hostess kept saying they were cleaning the tables. Didnt seat until an hour later. Ordered everything when the waiter arrived. Drinks showed up, then after 20 minutes our apps came. Then about 3 minutes later, our entrees came out, cold - and missing a side that never came. 2 of us never even got silverware.

The food was just ok. And the service time was so long. The kid menu has more variety than other places
Had an outstanding time with my mother, Arlene Barnes, this afternoon at Applebee's Grill & Bar in Woburn MA.Our waitstaff, Lauren, did an outstanding job with our entire order and even took photographs of us. My wife, Cammie Smith Barnes was still sleeping but I brought her home a wonderful dessert.
We had lunch on a weekday at the Applebee's location in Woburn, MA, just off the Route 38 exit from I95. The location was convenient and we both had okay sandwiches. The restaurant was not busy at all which does not explain how long it took to place our order and even longer for the food to arrive. Prices were average and there is a large parking area next to the restaurant. The rest rooms were bright and clean.
Visited here August 12th (Friday).I'm not sure what is so different about this Applebee's location from the Tewskbury one, because my experience at the Tewksbury location has been great every time. When I went to this Woburn location, it was disappointing to say the least. I got seated after a few minutes, then it took a server 5 minutes to finally come to my table and ask for my order. I asked for a coffee along with two appetizers. I got the coffee shortly after and then she never returned after that. I waited 45 minutes and nothing -- I'm pretty sure the order wasn't put in, and the fact I was ignored for 45 minutes was unacceptable.I'll stick to the Tewksbury location, thanks.
I went to Applebees last night and food was great, it was quite, and drinks were good too. waiter was nice checked on our table every time. Will be going again ???
