Bertucci's Italian Restaurant

Great service. Food was tasty and served quickly. We were just shocked that dinner for our family of 4 who only drank water came out to over $80! No even Bertucci's is affordable for a family dinner anymore. Welcome to inflation.

We ordered an appetizer and got the wrong order. They took it back and then our dinners came out before the corrected appetizer. We ordered 12 wings for 17.99 and they were the smallest wings I've ever seen. The waitress kept apologizing for messing up.

First time here and the inside looked really nice. I ordered food to go and it was amazing! The Big Papi is something I will order again!

I got the pasta, broccoli and chicken with cream sauce. I should have asked for the broccoli to be well cooked, but it was cooked just enough not to bother me. I also didn't eat the whole plate full. It tasted good and I brought the rest home. I love leftovers, especially since I will be able to overcook the broccoli to what is completely safe for me.

Parking: Somewhat crowded but we'r were still able to find a spot not too far from the door.

This is by far the best Bertuccis I’ve ever been to! Everything was amazing!! All the food was delicious and fast service. The staff was very polite, and knew everything on the menu. The restaurant itself was very clean as well. Overall 5 out 5 would recommend!

Had an outstanding time with my mother today at Bertucci's. We ordered from the Throwback Menu and all the food/desserts/drinks were outstanding. Michelle, our waitstaff professional was a seasoned professional and treated us terrifically. The huge bonus was seeing Krissy Marshall at Bertucci's because I haven't seen her since 1978. I am glad she came over to our table to say hello, and we shared memories about her former house, siblings, Pathwoods Avenue Park, and other things. Recommend!

We haven't been to Bertucci's in a long while. They had a "Return to the 1980's Night" in pricing, so we decided to give them another try. It was a VERY busy night. More tables packed in together then I remember. We made a reservation, and had to wait about 15 minutes. The Service was great! The new menu was good. The pizzas were very good, and the cheese ravioli was big enough for two. We will be returning, even full priced!

When it comes to the atmosphere bit uninviting. After we got sorted things changed for better. Nice service and good variety of pizzas and other Italian specialty food. Drinks meanie is pretty long. Over all it was a nice satisfying meal .

We went to take advantage of their Throwback to the 80s specials. The portions were much larger than we were expecting and tasted as good as always. The service was deplorable. If I could give less than one star I would. It was obvious our server was miserable and disorganized. He tried to get involved in everything whether it was his section or not. He would walk by our table several times verbally reminding himself of what we needed (refills, etc.). Besides the service everything else was fine.

It was a busy night at Bertucci's. However, the restaurant did an excellent job handling the crowd. They were well staffed with cooks, servers, greeters and bus workers. Our food was hot and delicious! Our server was hustling! We took note and tipped her well at the end of our meal. She made a point of thanking us and shared that she is saving for tuition for her two daughters. It was a very enjoyable dinner!

I placed a to go order online. The order was supposed to be done at 6:53 and wasn’t ready until 7:38. I do feel bad as they seem very short staffed but I recommend turning off the online ordering service or try not accepting to go orders when you are this short staffed. There were several other people also waiting for to go orders and someone even left without their order because of the wait. I do give them credit for hustling to get the orders ready as soon as possible but I definitely will not be ordering online again.

I tried Bertucci's because of the "new menu" thinking the food would be different and it was not. There is only one dish inspired by Christian Petroni. The rest of the menu is the same. The service was great. Our waitress Christine hustled and was very friendly. She did appear to be the only one working, which was impressive given there were at least 7 tables. My daughter ordered the Chicken Fettucine and it was horrible. I ordered the Chicken Piccata and it was ok. Won't be back. Not worth the price.

We had the pleasure of an amazing dinner experience tonight. School trip with 47 kids and the staff was beyond amazing. Food was amazing. So much flavor! Would recommend to everyone!

We frequent this Bertucci's often and have not had this experience in the past, but it makes us wary of returning there (Chateau just opened nearby). Our waitress was brand new and did a good job in visiting our table often, if for no other reason than apologizing for the delay in getting us our meal. 45 minutes after ordering, she informed us that 'the kitchen lost our ticket' and the food was being prepared now. Our order arrived shortly after and she relayed the kitchen's apology for the delay. We think we will stick to ordering out at Bertucci's as we have always had good service with that.
