I lived briefly in Woburn and used to enjoy Bill and Bob. I was recently was in the area with my husband and we decided to stop in. It was later in the evening. The prices have gone up which is expected. I was disappointed in the size of my roast beef sandwich. Too small for the price. My husband was underwhelmed by his sandwich, which lacked a decent amount of meat. The dining room was closed. We ate near the counter. I was refused use of the customer bathroom, since it was in the dining room. I understand no eating in there after a certain hour, but it would have been good customer service if the bathroom was available. If I had known the restroom was closed I may have reconsidered or gotten the meal to go.

The beef had so much fat I couldn't bite though a single slice. I deconstructed my sandwich and couldn't even finish it. Ordered a salad and a single beef sandwich with sauce on the side. They gave us the salad, a cheese burger, fries, onion rings and the beef sandwich smothered in sauce. Never eating here again.
They have a drive through and the best pizza rolls and chicken fingers.

This place may not be fancy, but it serves the best cheeseburgers and roast beef sandwiches anywhere. Friendly service, exceptional shakes make this place a must stop if you are looking for fast food. Highly recommend the place. Also, it is open til 2 AM on the weekends.

I was excited to go and try Bill and Bobs, and was immediately met with an unfriendly staff (especially the man at the cash register). Additionally, the place appears as if it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. When asked for two mayo packets, I was told I only get a single packet for my sandwich. Odd place, and odd service. The food was alright, but would never recommend/return.
