The ice cream is fine, but the portions are huge. A kiddie size was enough for an adult over two sittings, and don’t even think about getting it in a cone. It was melting down my hand before the server even let it go!

Soft serve ice cream was actually pretty good including their cherry dip option. Service was absolutely horrendous. Waited 45mins+ for a simple vanilla soft serve. One of the girls quit while I was there and the 3 teenagers that remained were left to deal with the consequences. Management in terms of an adult was lacking and no one was there to course correct the massive line of people waiting as a result. I couldn’t believe that someone could leave 3 teenagers there to run the place with 30 people waiting in line. It’s too bad because this place is only a short walk from my house. I’d love to see it improve and do better in the future.

The ice cream at this parlor is undeniably delicious, with a wide variety of flavors that are rich and creamy. However, there's room for improvement in the customer service department. When I placed my order, the staff member who served me appeared visibly disgusted by my choice of flavor. This reaction was off-putting and detracted from the overall experience. While the ice cream itself is top-notch, better training and a more professional attitude from the staff would enhance the overall customer experience.
