Ice cream is great quality. Only complaint is how poor quality the plastic spoons are. I broke 3 whole spoons while trying to eat my kiddie sized ice cream. That deeply upset my dining experience. Everything else was awesome.

The ice cream is fine, but the portions are huge. A kiddie size was enough for an adult over two sittings, and don’t even think about getting it in a cone. It was melting down my hand before the server even let it go!

The ice cream at this parlor is undeniably delicious, with a wide variety of flavors that are rich and creamy. However, there's room for improvement in the customer service department. When I placed my order, the staff member who served me appeared visibly disgusted by my choice of flavor. This reaction was off-putting and detracted from the overall experience. While the ice cream itself is top-notch, better training and a more professional attitude from the staff would enhance...
