Great coffee shop with comfortable and old world vibe. their cappuccino and espresso in porcelain-ware. assortment of yummy sweets and savories. welcome on entry, plenty of parking. It’s at a mall so a great place to stop and get a cup of coffee.

I had the chipotle chicken on ciabatta and an iced mocha latte. Both came out so good and my server was excellent!

The barista at the counter was rude and full of attitude people don’t know how to smile and greet people anymore. Coffee preparation tells me that coffee would tase just like water as she put the whole cup full of ice i can’t believe place like cafe nero doing this BS.
They are known for their quality and coffee standards and that’s why people pay premium prices for premium coffee !!
One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. This place
Ruining the image of Cafe Nero.

Very friendly staff. Enjoyed sitting outside. Cappuccino was great. My friend only had one vegan pastry option.

Parking: In a busy plaza so parking was difficult. Weekdays might be better.

The bread on my sandwich was burnt but the cheese and egg were cold. Totally inedible. Typically good food and service but today it was more than lacking.

Should be aware of substitutions in a world where so many allergies present themselves. When a phone number included in order, probably not best to guess. Call the customer!

Unfortunately for me the very first time I was at the Woburn location I accidentally left my wallet at the counter. I realized 5 minutes later and went back to get it. The girl at the counter told me it was in the back. After that I’ve had several fraudulent charges on my account. It is literally the only time someone has had access to my card. If management sees this the person has ties to South America and sent money to Robbi Andres Onate Olivella.

This café is actually located in a very bustling area. It’s really a beautiful café and the food and drinks are at Cafe Nero are generally top-notch. However, the service here leaves much to be desired. It may just be the morning staff, but I went in early morning and was met with no hello or eye contact. Even after saying good morning, there was no reply. It felt like I was almost inconveniencing them with my business. The two staff members a stocky Latin man and pregnant Latin women were both very rude and dismissive.

As someone who works in the service industry as a waitress, this kind of behavior is just unacceptable. People who work in the service industry should realize that part of their job is being kind and helpful… otherwise working with the general public might not be the best job for you.
