I received above and beyond customer service from David and Amy. I placed my online order with an estimated wait time of 15 minutes. Arrived when it was supposed to be ready and was told I was 6th in line. I was bummed out and, naturally, I was in a rush on my lunch break. David managed to help make my order while the main line had already been serviced. It meant a lot he took the extra time to accommodate and Amy organizing the switch over.

I always come in but tonight I went in for 3 bowls, all 3 bowls came out right even with a complicated order, fresh, and well portioned. Staff was also super nice, and did all of this during a dinner rush. After all their help they refused my tip but told me they take reviews. If I could give 6 stars I would.
Rice not cooked. 20$ on a bowl with uncooked hard rice is not fun
My friend told me about this place, basically Mediterranean Chipotle. It was fantastic I will go again.
