They gave my order to a random DoorDash driver without properly checking and then blamed me when I called about it. I was told I would have to buy the food again or I wouldn’t be getting my order at all. That is completely unacceptable. Very poor service and a serious lack of professionalism.

i’ve been to this chick-fil-a so much but never had an amazing service quite like today . Nathan made sure i was all set then later came to my table to ask if any refills and etc was needed . what a great kid !
