Not one to review much but I had a very odd experience today. Man serving at the counter would touch every piece of food after serving with the serving spoon. When asked him to stop, he looked at me and did not. Extremely discomforting, but also an allergy concern especially since he was wearing the same gloves and doing the same thing with all customers ahead of me. Additionally, the woman at the counter was more than unpleasant, became cranky when I scanned in my rewards for free chips. Food was fine, but service was beyond sub par.

Mobile ordering has been off for at least a week. Makes the lines even longer. Employees usually take awhile and are not the friendliest. At least the food does taste good most of the time.

I have this on camera. I received a cockroach in my food. If there’s cockroaches in the food that means there’s an infestation in the building. DO NOT EAT HERE
I can see there are a lot of reviews about bad/incomplete orders, but I’ve never had a bad experience here. Every burrito bowl I order is overflowing with ingredients and the portions are always generous. I’ve had crappy orders from other locations, but this location is always spot on! Keep it up!

I'm not too sure what the reviews are on about for this chipotle location but I'll describe my experience anyway. Firstly the employees didn't seem happy at all to see me (I'm nothing special but I am a paying customer) I'm not saying greet each and every customer like you've known them you're whole life but the staff seemed pretty miserable to me. Little to no options for mobile orders (i don't know why that location even has the app). I got a regular chicken burrito and I was almost charged doable until the lady who started my burrito told the guy at the register it was a single serving. The same guy who almost charged me double rolled my burrito like he's never worked in a kitchen before, I'm glad to have had a fork on standby because it fell apart after my first bite. To top it all off almost all the chips I got were undercooked and soft. People wonder why consumers aren't going out to eat anymore?
It's because the press we pay rarely reflects the quality of service and of food we are given. This was my first and will be my last visit to this location.

Don’t know who they have at the register but he needs to be fired, I asked for guac on the side and explained my preference of not eating brown guac he said very aggressively ITS FINE and put it in the bag anyway, so I proceeded to look t it and asked for another he then told an employee another picky person while blowing his breathe clearly frustrated and i told him if he doesn’t want to work in customer service maybe he shouldn’t and i paid for my food he then replied mockingly its still green…..absolutely horrible customer service i would never come to this establishment again
