For the price it's definitely worth coming to a franchised mexican restaurant, u will pay maybe $5 to $10 dollars more at a family owned mexican restaurant but u will have more of a variety of meat to choose from like cow tongue, al pastor ect. Good bang for ur buck! But if u want home cooked mexican food I suggested some other restaurants to go check out on my listing.

I don't have a complicated order. Bowl with any type of rice, black beans, barbacoa or chicken, fajitas, green salsa, corn, cheese, and a fountain coke zero. This location has never once had all of those things ready to go. They have fajitas so infrequently that they might as well take it off the menu. The soda machine is out of ice more often than not. Right now I'm eating here and the entire restaurant is out of cheese. Sheesh.

Used to be great, but unfortunately for the past year or so, they are the WORST chipotle ever, yes "for real" Vegetarian Bowl means NO MEAT!!! Literally common sense, not sure how many times you have to go back and tell them the same thing over and over, its just ridiculous because this is ongoing consistent mistakes.

Picked up my order wrong ingredients, 3rd time it has happened at this location. I cannot even call the store to ask let them know and possibly get a credit, it is an automated system and says staff cannot pickup the phone terrible system for Chipotle.

How absurd to hire such a rude employee. I asked her how many orders were in front of me. I had been waiting for 10 minutes and just wanted to know if it would take much longer. She said, "I don't know. Wait if you want." What? I almost couldn't believe it. I canceled my order and will never go back to this store again. Be more careful who you hire!

In terms of the quality of the food this chipotle has the best food of any chipotle in the area hands down however they must have had a staffing change because now it’s filled with a bunch of high schoolers who give the customers an attitude because their girlfriend is upset that they had to work today I was very disappointed from what it used to be. They had a great friendly staff and now they have a miserable rude staff.
My husband and I have given this location multiple attempts hoping for a better experience but each time extreamly disappointed. They are always out of an ingredient the last time no pepper and onions and some of the meats the guac had a layer of brown on the top like it was made in advance and left out, as someone who was looking for an vegetarian meal I had almost no options. A worker came out of the bathroom looking disheveled and sweatshirt completely dirty. We bought or food and left only to go down the street and get something else and throw away our meals. It seems to just be this location where we have had constant trouble.
