If I could give this place 0 starts, I would. not only was the catering manager Josh, incredibly rude, he has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. We emailed back and forth to set up catering service for my baby shower. When spoken to over the phone prior to receiving an emailed quote, I was told payment in full would be due the day of the event. When being told he would send the quote right then and there, I had to wait 3 days and call back to request it again. Upon finally receiving the quote I confirmed with him all that would be included for my brunch catering and confirmed the order with "Awesome! Thank you so much! Can't wait for the big day!" I never got a response. But there was never a follow up email from Josh to "confirm" the order if for some reason he ever had doubts or questions about whether I was moving forward. Come the day of my shower, they were supposed to arrive between 10-1030AM. 11AM approaches and I called the cafe number 4 times and got no response. I then had to call Josh on his cell and when I calmly and politely asked if they were arriving soon, he acted as if he had no idea what I was talking about and stated "That was not confirmation to me." So not only did I have to scramble while my event was happening to find food to feed 50 people, Josh total brushed me off and didn't even try to apologize for any inconvenience to try to make light of the situation. It's very unfortunate the turn of events that happened. I would not recommend doing any business with this man, nor his company. Very disappointing.

good coffee shop with sweets and items for a quick fix but it's tiny so there are very few tables available especially since it's located ON MA. If you get your coffee and items to go you will be fins. Place is always crowded so be patient bc it's not an in and out kind of place, you will have to wait for your coffee.
