Just ordered a delivery which was sent asap to a family member NO note or message with the special Birthday greetings I wrote and requested was on the box of who it came from and driver DID NOT say who from. Upon calling Woburn store, they didn't give any satisfaction for the fact that there wasn't a note and they seemed unconcerned. Will not use Woburn location in the future and do not recommend!

So my 15 year old son has been using his own money he earned to buy cookies and accumulating points for free product. He finally accumulated enough points to get a free gift of 6 SMALL cookies. He placed the order at the wrong store by accident, so I phoned the manager at the woburn location to cancel the order and refund the points. The manager assured me the points would be back in his account in 24 hours. Fast forward 2 months and 1 ignored plus a follow up email. The response was there is nothing we can do for you.
I then called the store manager directly today, she asked me for all the information and left me on hold for a couple minutes while she checked it out. She came back and said there is nothing I can do for you. I said the point of this is not the money, I sleep 100s of dollars a month at this store and am not trying to get something for my son that he didn't earn or work for. It is the point that I've told him to follow through on things and it will pay off. Obviously the probably $1 worth of batter is worth more to crumble cookie than good values.
That being said I will never go here again.
