Custom service deserves a zero! Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from a bakery! They market to the kids on social media for over priced cookies then deliver no experience. I’m hoping the place goes out of business soon! Horrible!

amazing customer service, when i went the cookies were still nice and warm and wasn’t a long wait. The cookie them selfs are super tasty…. although if you are not a sweet food type of person the cookies with frosting they can be super sweet other than that 10/10

I normally don’t leave reviews for places, but I felt this needed to be addressed. This place is a horrible place to work and has treated its new employee horribly. This is a cookie shop and people are quitting after days. I have multiple complaints of rude managers and employees being afraid to even ask a question. Specifically, as a customer I have experienced employees being rude and making me feel anxious about going in there . I hope this isn’t taken lightly, as bullying is ugh a serious issue in our society. I have tried voicing complaints to the store, but was disregarded and told “okay” for every concern.
