Ordered food for 3 people and waited 30 minutes just to be told that they ran out of pasta. I ask to just bring the rest out, that took another minutes. I declined and decided to just pay for the drinks. $37 for 2 mix drinks, no wonder why they dont list the drink prices. Slow awful service.

Small amount of food, like your at a high class restaurant. $199 for 2 adults and 2 kids. Waiter kept forgetting things. Combo play and eat. Won't let you play ticket games, Just arcade games. So not a good deal!

The staff seem very unknowledgeable about promotions such as the season pass and how to process gift cards.
Lots of games. Staff very friendly and helpful. Couple of games were broken and they came right over to fix them. Food and drinks are delicious. Had a guy going around with a camera to take pictures got a free postcard souvenir!

We called a day in advance to make a reservation, but when we arrived at the scheduled time, we still had to wait about 15 minutes before anyone assisted us. The place was empty, and there was no one at the front desk. We arrived with cakes and balloons for a birthday celebration, and all our guests were left standing with us at the entrance while everyone looked over, still with no staff to greet or guide us. We ended up asking the bartender for help, and he was the one who showed us to our seats. The space itself is great for hosting a birthday party, but the food definitely needs more attention. Unfortunately, the quality was disappointing. Five people in our group became sick for a couple of days afterward. It seemed like the food wasn't prepared properly, or perhaps the oil was old. We ordered different dishes, and none of them lived up to the price. Everyone experienced headaches and nausea when we got home, causing some of us to miss work and school. On a positive note, our waitress was excellent and gave us all the attention we needed throughout the meal.
