When visiting this Dunkin it's 50/50 on the service and food you'll get. There is a lack of consistency between morning and afternoon shift. Every time I go in the morning my food and coffee are great. When I go in the afternoon the staff are rude and my coffee is always disgusting.Today I ordered the sweet cold foam cold brew coffee and asked it to be made on the sweater side and the young girl didn't know what to do. She added sugar to a cold coffee... It's not even slightly sweet like usual and there was barely any foam on top. I did drink some of the coffee before I snapped a photo but if there was enough foam it would have melted into the drink. This coffee is gross.

There was an older lady working the front while a younger man was working the drive-thru. The older lady who I had originally complained to ignored me, after complaining that my order was made wrong. And proceeded to pawn my complaint off to her younger co-worker. I hope something can be done about this because I don't think that somebody who is that much older than her coworker should be acting like such a child

Not sure what's wrong with the dunks in Woburn but they won't serve you iced water? And the worst part is they have an attitude about it. It's such a garbage policy that it makes you wonder about the morality of whoever set it. How weird is this?
