Disaster on earth. Employees barely speak English. They overcharged me for stuff i didn’t order and they didn’t know how to pay back on my credit card. Never again

Absolutely disgusting every single dunkin' donuts whether a franchise or privately owned should be closed and cleaned from top to bottom they're all filthy with dirt and trash the floors hardly seem like they're swept or moped in any of them it doesn't matter which one you go to
I suppose it's a matter of being your favorite Dunkin or one for a quick stop!! You really can't go wrong

Visited twice during my vacation. Each time it was busy. They forgot the sweet n low in my coffee. But they remade it without any issues.

Only at corporate Dunkin’ Donuts will they charge you for a water bottle refill. The nice employee had originally not charged to refill the bottle. Then the woman who I believe to be a manager says I have to be charged for the cup. This is not how you get customers. This is not how you grow a business. The two employees working were very kind and maybe this woman was just doing her job but water should be free.

Employee don't listen messes up an order for someone with allergies then tries to reserve it to them. Employees standing around on phones watching TV, very rude. It's like a zoo in there if you dine in expect all the employees to stare at you, very unprofessional

I had a very disappointing experience at Dunkin’ Donuts while trying to get breakfast for my kids. Linda, the manager, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I was shocked by her attitude—how can someone in a managerial position lack basic courtesy and kindness? On the other hand, Iara, one of the employees, was wonderful. She was kind, patient, and understanding, which made the situation a bit more bearable. It’s unfortunate that such a great employee works under such poor management. I
decided to write this review because this isn’t the first time she has done this to us.

Place has gone to crap recently , year ago this place was quick great service now it’s no one will help u out, u place an online order be prepared to wait 30+ minuets for it. I worked at dunks before and even with the rush this is not no way to be working at a FAST FOOD place.
Always a very fast pace, but a very efficient Dunkin’ Donuts. The staff always seems to get the job done. Got a simple mistake on a food order, but the manager was kind enough to compensate the next day.

I live near Philly and always heard that Boston takes their DD seriously. There's one on every corner and Boston's entire livelihood, hopes and dreams rests on its citizen's ability to have DD. My word. The latte I got was perfection. The froth, the sweetness, the coffee, everything. The chorizo wrap was perfectly heated evenly all the way through. When I unwrapped my husband's turkey sausage, egg and cheese muffin it resembled the image you'd see in the advertisements. Perfect, fluffy, cheesy, not greasy. However, my experience may be skewed because just 30 mins before we were closing up our pop up camper and getting muddy and soaked along with all our stuff. So having hot coffee and food was absolute heaven. This DD hit the spot. Chefs kiss! 5 out of 5 stars. I can't say anything about the employees service as I had a mobile order and just walked in and grabbed it. But they make some amazing food and coffee.

Popped in mid afternoon 3/27/24 for a coffee and a bagel after a long morning of travel. The team went above and beyond to whip my order up quickly and even converse with me while I sat in the corner eating. I enjoyed the company very much after a busy morning. What a great team!

I ordered a ice coffee online ,went in they didn't make it right, And the manager charged me extra to add extra caramel swirl, that wasn't put in ,in the first place,her customer service was terrible ,rude and embarrassing the way she talk to me in a place full of customers and continued to talk about after I walked away, extremely unprofessional and appalling to know you treat paying customers this way and humiliate them over .27 cents!!! Well here's my .2 cents keep your caramel swirl I already paid for and my business will go elsewhere, and it's sad cuz they don't care if you stop going there, the way these businesses are getting away with treating people is disgusting!!!
